[Performance-Related Notes]

  • Resale for profit is prohibited.
  • Preschool children are not allowed to enter the venue. (As of the day of the performance.) Please note that there will be no refunds for tickets.
  • This performance will handle all admission tickets as electronic tickets (for smartphones: iPhone / Android). There will be no sale of paper tickets. Please check the application screen for more details.
  • On the day of the performance, each person is required to bring one ticket. Please note that you will not be allowed entry for any reason if you do not have a ticket in hand.
  • If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports electronic tickets, identity verification will be conducted at a designated window on the day of the performance using a valid form of identification.
    Please ensure that both the ticket applicant and the companion bring documents that allow for identity verification, and arrive together with the ticket applicant. If identity cannot be verified, entry may be denied.
  • If the ticket applicant cannot attend, companions without smartphones will not be allowed to enter.
  • Minors are required to obtain consent from a guardian to attend. (You may be asked to present proof of age.)
  • Tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. If the performance is canceled midway, there will be no refund.
  • The performances of the artists in this show are scheduled to last between 20 and 30 minutes.
  • Depending on your seat, there may be parts of the stage or performance that are difficult to see, or the sound may be hard to hear. However, cancellations or refunds due to viewing conditions cannot be accommodated.
  • Please note that the footage and audio of the performance may be used. Please note that you may appear in the footage.
  • It is strictly prohibited to take or record the performing artists using cameras, camera phones, video cameras, tape recorders, or other recording/filming equipment. If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to immediately delete the data, your equipment will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave the venue. Legal action may also be taken.
  • During the performance, you may stand in front of your own seat to enjoy the show, but please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on the chair.
  • You may be asked to sit in some of the upper floors of the venue while watching the show.
  • If you are using a wheelchair or are physically disabled and would like to view the show in the universal area, please contact the relevant performance after winning the tickets and making the payment. Please note that your caregiver will also need a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Due to the nature of the performance, the bringing in or use of light-emitting items such as penlights or glow sticks, as well as any support goods (boards, fans, etc.), whether official or unofficial, is strictly prohibited.
  • Any tickets obtained through unofficial channels, including not only auctions but also ticket shops, scalpers, social media, etc., will be considered for commercial purposes and will be invalidated.
    *Even if the auction does not go through, it will be considered as such once the ticket is listed. Please note that ticket prices will not be refunded.
  • To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please be aware that tickets purchased from resale sites will not be valid for entry on the day of the event. No refunds will be issued for these tickets.
  • Exchanging seats with other customers and watching from any seat other than your own is prohibited.
  • If any violation is discovered, we may take strict disciplinary action, such as invalidating your membership or forcing you to withdraw from the club.
  • To prevent ticket resale, we may require identity verification for both the ticket applicant and their companions upon entry. Please be sure to bring identification documents when you come.

  • There is a dress code for VIP seat customers.
    Please dress semi-formally. (Avoid bright colors and other flashy clothing, dress modestly.)
    Example) Men: Tuxedo, suit; Women: Dress, formal suit, one-piece dress, etc.
    Below are some examples of prohibited clothing:
    Items with brand names, company names, or specific artist names printed prominently
    Caps, hats, and other headwear/School uniforms/Cosplay and other unusual outfits/Jeans/Distressed denim/T-shirts/Shorts/Sneakers/Sandals
    Anything else that is deemed inappropriate
    Please be careful as staff will check you when you enter.
  • For this performance, admission to the venue will be limited to VIP seats only, and all attendees (including the applicant and accompanying persons) will need to register their photo in advance.
  • Those who have won must register a facial photograph, including both the applicant and any accompanying persons, by the deadline.
  • Your name and photo will be displayed on the ticket, so please present it upon entry. We will verify your identity. If you cannot confirm your identity, entry will be denied for any reason.

About the performance

  • Q. I understand that preschool children are not allowed to enter. From what age is entry permitted?

    Entry is permitted for anyone who is of elementary school age or older on the day of the performance.

  • Please tell me the scheduled end time.

    The start time is scheduled for 9:30 p.m.
    Please note that the time may vary depending on the situation on the day.

  • Do you know the order in which each artist will perform?

    We apologize, but the performance order will not be disclosed.

  • Is it possible to enter or leave during a performance?

    Late Entry:
    After entering the venue, you may move between the auditorium and lobby areas, including restrooms.
    Please note that after the performance begins, due to stage production, you may be asked to wait outside your seat until staff can guide you in.

    Mid-Performance Exit:
    Leaving the auditorium during the performance is permitted.
    Please note that once you exit the venue, re-entry will not be allowed.

  • Are there coin lockers or cloakrooms inside the venue?

    There is no cloakroom available inside the venue.
    Coin lockers are available, however, there may be some restrictions on their use due to safety reasons.
    There are a limited number of coin lockers available, so if you have luggage that does not fit in your seat, we ask that you also use coin lockers nearby, such as at the station.
    Please note that we cannot store your luggage at the venue.

  • Can I bring in cheering goods?
