    If I join the fan club now, will I be able to apply for the fan club member pre-sale?

    If it's within the fan club member pre-sale period, you can apply for the fan club member pre-sale after newly joining Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam".
    Please read the application period and conditions for each advance sale carefully on this page before applying.

    Can children (minors) apply and attend by themselves?
    A.
    Both registration and attendance are possible.
    When applying, please be sure to register under your child's name.

    In addition, if minors attend alone, we cannot be held responsible for any trouble that occurs inside or outside venue.
    Please be sure to consult with your parents before coming.

    *We cannot accept name changes after the application has been completed, even for family members.
    *Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter.

    Can I apply with the same person as the applicant?

    Any applications in which the applicant and accompanying person are switched for the same performance will be subject to disqualification.

    Each member can apply once per performance (multiple performance entries are possible).
    If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately.

    Tickets will be displayed on the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App" approximately two weeks before each performance (planned), and seats will be displayed three days before each performance (planned).
    Receipt is only possible on the device with the smartphone phone number registered at the time of application.

    You will be notified by email when ticket sales begin.
    For information on receiving electronic tickets/authenticating your phone number, please contact Ticket Plaza after tickets begin displaying.

    車椅子でご来場の場合やお身体が不自由な方は、ユニバーサルエリアでの鑑賞が可能です。
    ご希望の方は、チケットご当選・ご入金後に各公演の問い合わせ先にご連絡ください。
    ※介助者の方もチケットが必要となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
    ※ペット類の同伴入場は不可となります。但し、盲導犬等の補助犬についてはご入場可能です。補助犬同伴でご来場の場合、事前に各公演の問い合わせ先までご連絡をいただけますとスムーズにご案内出来ます。
