    Both the applicant and accompanying person must be a fan club member.
  • ●In order to conduct identity verification for this performance, those under the age of 13 who are registering by proxy will not be able to apply for SS seats.
    Please apply for two tickets for S seats, one for the applicant (the parent or guardian who has registered on their behalf) and one for the accompanying person (the person under the age of 13 who has been registered on their behalf by a parent or guardian).
  • ●Tickets for the applicant and accompanying person can only be issued by the person registered at the time of application.
  • ●Please note that visitor information cannot be changed after purchase.
  • ●When applying, you will need a smartphone phone number starting with "090, 080, or 070." Applications cannot be made with phone numbers starting with 050. Please note that applications cannot be made if the applicant and accompanying person have the same phone number.

  • ●Only one application per member is valid. Applications for the same ticket (SS seats and S seats separately) can be submitted multiple times during the application period, but only the last application submitted will be valid.
    Even for the same performance, only one application for each seat type will be valid.
    In addition, customers who have applied for two or more performances at the same time cannot make partial changes to their tickets on a performance-by-performance basis.
    If you wish to make any changes, you will need to resubmit your application from scratch.
    You can apply for up to 6 performances per application.
    You may be selected for multiple performances, so please make sure to apply for a performance that you can pay for and attend.

Notes regarding the performance

  • ●As the government's basic response policy was abolished on Monday, May 8, 2023, the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infections at music concerts" were also abolished on the same date. We will not ask attendees to wear masks at Mrs. GREEN APPLE ARENA TOUR 2023 "NOAH no HAKOBUNE", and will rely on individual choice and judgment based on their own physical condition and living environment. In addition, we will fully permit customers to speak out during the performance, regardless of whether they are wearing a mask or not. Please note that if there is a sudden spread of infectious diseases, not limited to COVID-19, and the government or local governments issue warnings to businesses, we may change our response again.

  • ●To prevent resale, if you purchase two tickets, you will need to register your companion when the tickets are distributed. Your companion must also register with Ticket Pia (registration is free).
  • ●If the person accompanying you does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, tickets will not be distributed and you must bring documents that can verify the identity of the representative and the person accompanying you to the venue.   • If I purchase two tickets for SS seats, does my companion also need to be a fan club member?

    there is.

    SS seats are exclusive to members of the official fan club, Ringo Jam.

    Both the applicant and accompanying person must be a fan club member.

    Please note that if the information registered in your Ticket Pia membership and the information registered in your fan club membership do not match at the time of application, you will be disqualified.

    Applications in which the applicant and accompanying person are switched for the same performance will be subject to disappointment.

  • Are there any restrictions on the number of applications?

    Only one application is valid per member.

    Applications for the same ticket (both SS and S seats) can be made multiple times during the application period, but only the last application will be valid.

    <Even for the same performance, only one application for each seat type will be valid.

    In addition, customers who have applied for two or more performances at the same time cannot make partial changes to their tickets on a performance-by-performance basis.

    If you wish to make any changes, you will need to resubmit your application from scratch.

    You can apply for up to 6 performances per application.

    You may be selected for multiple performances, so please make sure to apply for a performance that you can pay for and attend.

  • If I develop a fever or become unwell close to the performance date and am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

    Can not do.

    Tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including if the customer's temperature is checked upon entry and the temperature is found to be over 37.5 degrees Celsius.

  • What to do if your companion does not have a smartphone and you are unable to share tickets

    If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, please display the companion's ticket on your smartphone and attend the event together with the representative.

    On the day of the event, we will set up a desk near the entrance to handle any issues with your electronic ticket, so please come to this desk.

    *In that case, we may ask you to fill out a visitor information sheet upon entry.
    *Identification is required. Please bring identification that can verify the identity of the representative and accompanying person.

  • Can I enter during a performance?

    Is possible.

    *Please note that after the show begins, due to production reasons, you may be asked to wait outside the door until you are shown to your seat.

  • Can I remove my mask during the performance?
