About identity verification

  • These concerts are exclusive to Ringo Jam members, so we will be conducting identity checks at each show.
    Both applicants and accompanying persons must receive wristbands in advance at the identity verification reception desk and then line up in the admission queue.
    *Identity will be verified one by one. Even if the applicant and accompanying person are not present, identity verification and entry will be possible.
    * Wristbands will only be distributed to those who have completed identity verification on the day of the event. We cannot send them by mail or other means.

Dress Code

  • Please come to “The White Lounge” wearing “white” items.
    Hats, clothes, accessories, bags, small items, and even subtle accents, big or small, are all fine.
    At the venue, "The White Lounge" OFFICIAL GOODS will also have a variety of "white" items available, so please feel free to use them.
    There is a dress code, but you will not be refused entry if you are not wearing the required attire.

Regarding photography and recording

  • Any actions such as photography, recording, or filming are strictly prohibited within the auditorium at any time, including when entering the auditorium, during the performance, and when leaving the venue.
    Please be aware that if anyone is found photographing, recording or filming, you will be asked to leave immediately.
    You may take photographs in the lobby, but please be considerate to other customers when doing so.
    Please note that taking photographs in the lobby may be prohibited depending on the venue and the situation on the day.

Please sit down to watch the show.

  • Due to the nature of the performance, standing up while watching the show is prohibited. Please also refrain from stepping out onto the aisles or wearing headwear or clothing that may obstruct the view of other patrons.
    Please rest assured that this does not apply to customers who have "reserved standing" or "standing" tickets for some performances.

Binoculars and Opera Glasses

  • You may bring binoculars or opera glasses on this tour. Please use a reasonable size for your own enjoyment.

Q&A

  • If I develop a fever or become unwell close to the performance date and am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

    Can not do.

    Tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including if the customer's temperature is checked upon entry and the temperature is found to be over 37.5 degrees Celsius.

  • What to do if your companion does not have a smartphone and you are unable to share tickets

    If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, please display the companion's ticket on your smartphone and attend the event together with the representative.

    On the day of the event, we will set up a desk near the entrance to handle any issues with your electronic ticket, so please come to this desk.

    *In that case, we may ask you to fill out a visitor information sheet upon entry.

  • Can I enter during a performance?

    *Please note that after the show begins, due to production reasons, you may be asked to wait outside the door until you are shown to your seat.

  • Can I remove my mask during the performance?

    As the government's basic response policy was abolished on Monday, May 8, 2023, the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infections at music concerts" were also abolished on the same day.

    We will not ask visitors to Mrs. GREEN APPLE 2023-2024 FC TOUR "The White Lounge" to wear masks, and visitors will be required to make their own choice and judgment based on their own physical condition and living environment.
