Sales method

• The merchandise will be available for purchase at the merchandise booths at each venue.
  Please see below for details regarding the sales schedule, sales methods, and more.
  • * During certain hours, customers who do not have tickets can also purchase them.
  
  

  Important Notice

  We plan to use a queue system for sales on the day of the event. As we anticipate a very large number of visitors, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in checking the sales schedule and arriving early.
  
  

  Eligibility

  Before the show: Only customers with tickets for each performance date can purchase items.
  After the show: Tickets can be purchased even if you do not have a performance ticket.
  • * Please note that customers holding tickets for different performance dates, or those without tickets, cannot use the facilities before the start of each performance.
  • * Please show your concert ticket to the staff at the merchandise sales entrance line before joining the queue.
  • * Please note that restrictions may be imposed without notice to prevent accidents and confusion.

  • * Please note that in order to prevent accidents and confusion, sales may be suspended or restrictions may be imposed without notice.
  • *If the queue exceeds the waiting area, restrictions may be imposed, such as asking you to return at a later time. Please follow the instructions of staff when queuing.
  • * Depending on the crowd conditions, it may be difficult to connect to the Internet. Please download and display the [performance ticket] in advance before coming to the venue.
  • * Due to network connections, you may not be able to use various electronic payments. Please prepare cash.
  • *Depending on crowd conditions, waiting times may be long. Please ensure you are in good health before attending. If you feel unwell during waiting, please notify a staff member immediately.
  • * In order to reduce congestion around the venue, only customers who purchase tickets will be allowed to enter. Please ask your companions to meet outside the sales and waiting line area. However, if your companion has circumstances that make it difficult for them to wait alone, such as a preschool child, they may accompany you with confirmation from a staff member.
  • *Please refrain from lining up late at night or early morning to avoid disturbing nearby residents and facility users.
  • * Please note that although we have sufficient stock, the number of products is limited.
