Mrs. GREEN APPLE
Formed in 2013, they made their major debut in 2015 with the mini-album “Variety”. After releasing their best-of album “5” in 2020, they suddenly went on hiatus, before resuming activities in March 2022 under “Phase 2 Begins”.

In 2023, they released their fifth original full-length album, “ANTENNA”, successfully completed an arena tour and their first dome concert, and won the Japan Record Award for “Que Sera Sera”. Furthermore, from October to December, they held their largest-ever tour, a five-dome tour attracting 550,000 attendees. In November, they simultaneously released a documentary film and a live concert film. To conclude the anniversary year, they held the exhibition “MGA MAGICAL 10 YEARS EXHIBITION ‘Wonder Museum’” in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Osaka from December 2025 through March 2026. They won the Japan Record Award for the third consecutive year with “Darling”, performed as the closing act for Team White at the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen for the third consecutive year, and concluded “Phase 2” on December 31.
Their best-of album “10” has surpassed 1 million copies sold, and they became the first artist in history to surpass 16 billion total domestic streams across all songs. Can children without smartphones join the fan club?
If the registered member (child) does not own a smartphone or computer, a family member (parent or legal guardian) may complete the registration for Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" using their device.
In this case, an email address and phone number are required for registration.
Please ensure that the membership is registered under the child’s own name.

Could you tell me about the dress code for VIP seats?
VIP seat guests are required to follow a dress code.
Please attend in semi-formal attire.
Examples:
Men: tuxedo, suit / Women: dress, formal suit, or one-piece dress
The following items are not permitted:
Items featuring large brand names, company names, or specific artist names
Caps or hats / school uniforms / cosplay costumes / jeans / distressed denim / T-shirts / shorts / sneakers / sandals
Any other attire deemed inappropriate
Staff will check compliance at the entrance, so please take care in advance.
Please note that refunds will not be issued if entry is denied due to failure to comply with the dress code.
There is no dress code for SS or S reserved seats.

Can children (minors) apply and attend on their own?
You can both register and attend.
When applying, please be sure to register using your child's name.
Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any troubles that occur inside or outside venue if minors attend without adult supervision.

Can applicants and companions be switched after applying?
No, this is not permitted.
Any application in which the applicant and accompanying person are swapped will be considered invalid and will be disqualified.
Each member may apply once per performance (multiple performances may be applied for).

Could you tell me about wheelchair areas, universal areas, and caregivers?
Wheelchair users and guests with physical disabilities may watch the performance from the Universal Area.
The Universal Area for this performance will be available in VIP SEAT and SS Reserved seating sections.
If you wish to use the Universal Area, please apply for either VIP SEAT or SS Reserved tickets, and after winning and completing payment, contact the event inquiry desk.
*Caregivers also require a ticket.
*Pets are not allowed inside the venue. However, assistance dogs such as guide dogs are permitted. If you are attending with an assistance dog, please contact the event organizer in advance for smoother assistance.

Entry is permitted for anyone who is of elementary school age or older on the day of the performance.

Can I still enter if my last name or other registration details have changed since applying?
On the day of the performance, please bring a valid identification document and visit the ticket assistance booth.
If there are discrepancies between your registration information and your identification, both the ticket applicant and any companions may be asked to verify their identity upon entry.

Is it possible to enter or leave during a performance?
Late Entry:
After entering the venue, you may move between the auditorium and lobby areas, including restrooms.
Please note that after the performance begins, due to stage production, you may be asked to wait outside your seat until staff can guide you in.
Mid-Performance Exit:
Leaving the auditorium during the performance is permitted.
Please note that once you exit the venue, re-entry will not be allowed. -
