Regarding measures against heat stroke

  • ●The Belluna Dome is a semi-outdoor venue.
  • ●Very high temperatures are expected on the day of the performance. Please do not push yourself, stay hydrated, and take frequent breaks.
  • Please be sure to prepare enough measures to protect yourself from the heat (plenty of drinks, towels, hats and other sun protection items, salt tablets, portable fans and cooling packs, etc.) before coming to the event.
  • ●Please refrain from using parasols or tall hats inside the venue.
  • ●On the day of the performance, sunshade tents will be provided outside the venue.
    In addition, the restaurant "Green Forest" on the 2nd floor of the Shishi Building next to Belluna Dome will be open.
    [From 11:00 to 16:00] As this is an off-site facility, please enter through the entrance on the Sayama Ski Resort side.

  • There will be no parking for visitors on the day of the performance. Please use public transportation (trains). Customers who are illegally parking near supermarkets, convenience stores, or private property near the Belluna Dome will be asked to move immediately.

  • If I apply for two tickets through the Ringo Jam members-only advance ticket sales, does my companion need to be a fan club member as well?

    The fastest advance ticket sales are available for Ringo Jam members only tickets that are exclusive to the official fan club, Ringo Jam members.
    Both the applicant and accompanying person must be a fan club member.
    Applications cannot be made by those under the age of 13 who are registering for Ringo Jam on behalf of others.

    Please note that if the information registered in your Ticket Pia membership and the information registered in your fan club membership do not match at the time of application, you will be disqualified.

    Applications in which the applicant and accompanying person are switched for the same performance will be subject to disappointment.

    Tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including if the customer's temperature is checked upon entry and the temperature is found to be over 37.5 degrees Celsius.

  • What to do if your companion does not have a smartphone and you are unable to share tickets

    If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, please display the companion's ticket on your smartphone and attend the event together with the representative.

    On the day of the event, we will set up a desk near the entrance to handle any issues with your electronic ticket, so please come to this desk.
