Reason for non-delivery: Both items were shipped from China by sea before the occurrence of Typhoon No. 6, but due to the prolonged stagnation of the typhoon, their arrival in Japan has been significantly delayed.

We understand that many customers are looking forward to purchasing the merchandise, so after much discussion among our staff, we would like to inform you that we will be taking the following measures for each sales method.

①Customers who have placed an order through NARABUZZ (advance booking)
For customers who order "Atlantis Gacha" or "Atlantis Handy Fan", we will send them to your registered NARABUZZ address free of charge around the beginning of September. For customers who have purchased other products at the same time, please pick up your products at the NARABUZZ booth on the day of the show as usual.

*Due to the formation of Typhoon No. 7, there is a possibility that product delivery may be further delayed.
*As with the regular sales, the Atlantis Gacha will have a total of 16 types, including one secret type, as well as a special gift of a [Atari] non-sale Atlantis T-shirt [Pink] L size. Please check the [Atari ticket] included with the product for redemption details.

[About refunds]
We have received a large number of orders from customers at this time, and it has become very difficult from a sales operation standpoint to refund each item individually, just for "Atlantis Gacha" and "Atlantis Handy Fan." We are very sorry, but we will only be able to refund all items ordered at once.
