Do preschoolers need to buy tickets?
A.Preschool children are admitted free of charge without prior reservations. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older (as of the day of their visit) and holds a ticket. Up to two preschool children may be admitted per parent or guardian. Please note that no visitor benefits will be given to preschool children.

A.You can enter separately by distributing tickets from the applicant himself to his or her companions. If your companion does not have a smartphone compatible with electronic tickets, we will verify their identity with a valid ID at the dedicated counter in the venue on the day of the event. Please bring documents that can verify your identity with both the applicant and your companions, and come with the ticket applicant. If you are unable to verify your identity, you may be refused entry.

また、ご来場頂きました全員に【『Wonder Museum』記念チケット】をプレゼントいたします。
※来場者ノベルティは、入場時に会場入口にてお渡しとなります。後日発送は出来かねます。当日会場にて必ずお受け取りください。
※無料同伴入場される「未就学児」「介助者」の方へのノベルティのお渡しはありません。

I won't make it in time for the entrance time.
A.As a general rule, you will not be allowed to enter the venue after the admission time slot printed on your ticket. Please be aware of this and arrive early.

Will there be any identification required upon entry?
A.In order to prevent ticket resale, both the ticket applicant and the accompanying person may be asked to verify their identity when entering. Please be sure to bring documents that can verify your identity when you visit.
If your companion does not have a smartphone compatible with electronic tickets, they will be asked to verify their identity with a valid ID at each venue entrance.
Please bring documents that can verify your identity with both the applicant and your companions, and come to the venue with the ticket applicant. If you are unable to verify your identity, you may be refused entry. -

Can I leave and re-enter midway?
A.As a general rule, you cannot leave or re-enter the venue midway. Please note.
Also, if you feel even a little unwell, please ask a staff member near you.
If there are people around you who are not feeling well, please ask the staff near you to talk to them.
If you are feeling unwell, we may ask the staff.
Please note that depending on the situation, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. -

Can I enter with a stroller?
A.Please refrain from using or bringing strollers into the Wonder Museum. Please bring a baby carrier or similar.

Can I enter in a wheelchair?
A.Wheelchair access is available inside the Wonder Museum.

Can people with disabilities enter the venue accompanied by a caregiver?
A.Each ticketed person with a disability may be accompanied free of charge by one caregiver (aged 18 or over) (no need to purchase a ticket for the caregiver).
"Caregivers" may accompany one ticketed customer with a disability free of charge. If you wish to bring a caregiver, the person holding the appropriate certificate must present the purchased ticket and certificate to staff upon entry. There is no need to purchase a ticket for the caregiver.
If a customer with a disability who has an admission ticket is accompanied by a caregiver and a preschool child, both the preschool child and one caregiver may enter free of charge. If the number of people exceeds the number allowed for free admission, an admission ticket is required.

When entering the venue with a guide dog, hearing dog, or mobility assistance dog, please be sure to carry a notice indicating that the dog is an assistance dog and its certification (guide dog users must also carry a user's card). -

A.The following items are not permitted to be brought into venue. Please use lockers etc. at your own risk.

A.There is no set length of time to stay or experience the exhibits, but please note that we may have to split up your visit depending on the exhibition's presentation and the level of congestion at venue.

A.- ・Children of elementary school age or younger are not allowed to enter together. Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older (as of the day of their visit).

予約及び体験は、体験日当日のWonder Museumのチケットをお持ちのお客様のみが対象となりますと記載がありますが、予約する際に必要な情報はありますか。
A.「eventos」という予約受付サービスをご利用頂く際に、会員登録が必要となりますので、メールアドレスと任意のパスワードをご準備ください。それ以外に必要となる情報はありませんが、体験いただく際に当日のWonder Museumのチケットをスタッフにご提示頂きます。

入場前にも撮影することは、可能でしょうか。全て回った後でないと撮影出来ないのでしょうか。
A.photoismブースは展示エリアの外にございますので、お持ちのWonder Museumチケット当日であれば、入場前／退場後いずれのタイミングでも体験が可能です。
Wonder Museumの体験目安は約60分です。ご自身の判断でゆとりのある時間帯の予約をお願い致します。

- ・Please refrain from arriving too early as it may cause congestion. Also, as a general rule, you will not be allowed to enter if you arrive after the designated time, so please arrive with plenty of time.
- ・If you arrive on a day other than the designated day, you will not be allowed to enter.
- ・You may be asked to verify your identity upon entry. We may also conduct baggage inspections upon entry, so we ask for your cooperation.
- ・Children of elementary school age or younger are not allowed to enter together. Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years of age or older (as of the day of their visit).
- ・Up to two preschool children may enter free of charge per parent/guardian aged 18 or over (as of the day of visit). Parents must purchase tickets.
- ・Minors aged 12 and over must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have their consent when attending.
- ・Please note that you may be asked to provide proof of age.
- ・Before entering, please decide on a meeting place in case you get separated from your child or companion. Also, we cannot call for lost children inside venue, so if you are bringing small children, please make sure to hold their hand and keep an eye on them.
- ・Up to one caregiver may accompany each ticketed person with a disability free of charge (no ticket purchase required for the caregiver). A customer with both a disability certificate and a ticket may be accompanied by an "caregiver" free of charge to assist the other person. If you are bringing a caregiver, please present your disability certificate and purchased ticket to staff upon entry.
- ・Pets are not permitted inside the venue (except for assistance dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and mobility assistance dogs). When entering the venue with a guide dog, hearing dog, or mobility assistance dog, please be sure to carry an assistance dog sign and certification (guide dog users must also carry a user's card).
- ・Entry under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. If staff determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. We ask for your understanding.
- ・There are viewing areas with a rotation system and one-way areas within the Wonder Museum. Please follow the notices posted in venue and instructions from staff when viewing and moving between areas.
- ・You cannot enter the merchandise sales area alone. You can enter the merchandise sales area after leaving the exhibition area. You cannot enter the merchandise sales area first. You cannot return to the exhibition area from the merchandise sales area.
- ・We will not be held responsible for any theft, pickpocketing, loss, etc., even within venue facilities or surrounding areas. Please take care of your luggage and valuables yourself.
- ・The Wonder Museum may be suddenly canceled due to natural disasters, epidemics, unforeseen accidents, etc. In addition, the contents of the exhibition may be subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

- ・When attending the event, please read the precautions and follow the instructions and guidance of staff. Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other visitors is strictly prohibited. - ・Depending on the queue for admission and the congestion inside venue, we may ask you to share the viewing space with others.

- ・Please do not touch frames, exhibits, decorations (including walls), display cases, etc. within venue.
- ・Photography and recording by reporters and organizers may be conducted during the viewing. The content of the filming may be broadcast or published in various media and on social media.
- ・If you start to feel unwell, please do not force yourself and speak to a member of staff nearby.
- ・We are unable to accept congratulatory flowers, gifts, or letters from customers. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- ・Please follow the instructions of staff at venue and cooperate to ensure smooth running of the event. If staff determine that your behavior is disrupting the progress of the event, you may be asked to leave.
- ・If you see any suspicious objects or people inside venue, please notify the nearest staff member or security guard.
- ・In principle, except in situations involving life-threatening situations, it is not possible to make calls to individuals via public address systems within venue.

- ・場内は一部エリアを除き、写真・動画撮影が可能です。詳しくは場内の案内をご確認ください。ただし、以下は禁止とさせていただきます。（フラッシュの利用、三脚及び自撮り棒の使用、商業利用、2次利用、作品のお手振れ、撮影による場所の確保）

住民票など、他者へ提出する目的で発行されるものは、本人確認資料として扱えません。またキャッシュカード、クレジットカード、会員カード、診察券、定期券なども本人確認用の公的証明書には該当しません。

◆If an earthquake occurs
- ・In the event of an earthquake, there is a risk of objects falling from above. Please stay low, protect your head, and wait in place.
- ・It is dangerous if people rush into narrow passageways such as staircases and emergency exits at once. If evacuation is necessary, evacuation routes and other information will be announced over the in-house PA system or by staff, so please remain calm and act accordingly.
◆If you need to evacuate venue
- ・Evacuation locations will change depending on the earthquake situation. Please listen carefully to the instructions and act accordingly.
- ・It is extremely dangerous when a large number of people move at once. Please listen carefully to the instructions of staff and move in order without running.
- ・Once you arrive at the evacuation site, please remain calm and wait until further instructions are given.
Disaster response (accidents)
- ・Please note that the contents of the Wonder Museum on the day may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as power outages, circumstances on the organizer's side, natural disasters, or unforeseen accidents.
- ・In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen accident, please follow the instructions of staff within venue.
- ・The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents or damages that occur on the day of the Wonder Museum due to your own intentional or negligent actions.
