Sign-up benefits exclusive to annual membership plans

*Membership cards will be sent around the end of the month following the month of joining. Example: Joining on July 1, 2024 ⇒ Sent in late August 2024
*Membership cards will also be delivered to those who change their membership plan from the [Monthly Membership Plan] to the [Annual Membership Plan].
*For those who reside outside of Japan and wish to have the bonus items shipped, they will be shipped approximately 2 to 3 months after joining.
*Please note that bonus items will not be shipped to those who live outside of Japan and do not require the bonus items to be shipped.
*Depending on the situation, it may take some time for your order to be delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

・If a person living in Japan mistakenly enrolls as a "person living outside Japan," or if a person living outside Japan mistakenly enrolls as a "person living in Japan," you will not be able to change your course unless you cancel your membership. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to offer refunds or transfer your account information.
・If you already have a Plus member ID and would like to register as a person residing outside of Japan, your account may be registered as a Japanese account. If you are unable to select a nationality other than Japan when registering your information, please register again.
・Once you have selected a membership plan, it cannot be changed unless you cancel your membership. Please consider carefully before making your selection.
Please note that some content, such as GACHA, will primarily be available in Japanese.
・Even if you have registered "I would like the bonus to be shipped," if you have not registered a correct address, please note that we will not be responsible for non-delivery of the shipment and will not be able to provide a refund.
