About the main merchandise sales venue [Osanbashi Hall]

  • All OFFICIAL GOODS products will be sold at Osanbashi Hall, located about a 15-minute walk from Yokohama Stadium.
  • ●We plan to have people line up in two groups: [Pick up at the venue (pre-reservation)] and [Same-day sales (QO-kun/counter sales)].
  • ●Due to space limitations, you will be asked to line up in the open-air area at Osanbashi Hall. *Please be sure to bring a parasol, plenty of drinks, a towel, a hat, salt candy, a portable fan, a cooling towel, breathable clothing, and other heat protection measures before coming.
  • ●We have posted a map of the entire Osanbashi International Passenger Terminal and information on the restrooms.
    Please note that you may also use the restrooms on the passenger terminal side.
  • ●Some people end up not drinking fluids and becoming ill because they have to hold off on the toilet while waiting.

  • ●On both days, from 9:30 to 18:30 [Same-day sales (QO-kun/window sales)] are only available to those who have tickets for the performance. Please be sure to check the GOODS page for other sales details before coming to the event.

Regarding bringing beverages into Yokohama Stadium

  • Bringing bottles and cans into both the stands and the arena is prohibited.
  • There are no restrictions on eating or drinking in the audience seats, so in order to enjoy the live performance until the very end, please be sure to drink plenty of fluids and take measures to protect yourself from the heat, even if you don't feel thirsty.

Measures against heatstroke and rain

  • ●Yokohama Stadium is an outdoor venue.
  • ●Very high temperatures and humidity are expected on the day of the performance. In order to enjoy the concert until the very end, please do not push yourself too hard, stay hydrated, and take frequent breaks.

If I apply for two tickets through the Ringo Jam members-only advance sale, does the person I'm traveling with also need to be a fan club member?

Yes, accompanying persons must also be Ringo Jam members (annual or monthly membership fee plan) to be eligible.

Please see below for the application conditions for advance ticket sales (lottery) available only to official fan club "Ringo Jam" members.

If I develop a fever or become unwell close to the performance date and am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

Tickets will not be refunded for any reason, including if the customer's temperature is checked upon entry and the temperature is found to be over 37.5 degrees Celsius.

If your companion does not have a smartphone

On the day of the performance, we will check your identity with a valid ID at the designated counter. Please bring a document that can verify your identity, including the applicant and your companion, and come to the venue with the ticket applicant. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.

When applying, please enter the following information:

Can I enter during a performance?

*Please note that after the show begins, due to production reasons, you may be asked to wait outside the door until you are shown to your seat.

Can I remove my mask during the performance?

As the government's basic response policy was abolished on Monday, May 8, 2023, the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infections at music concerts" were also abolished on the same day.

Those attending Mrs. GREEN APPLE 's "Zenjin Mito and Weltraum - Meimei Edition" will not be asked to wear masks, and will be based on personal choice and judgment based on their own physical condition and living environment.

Please note that if there is a sudden spread of infectious diseases, not limited to COVID-19, in the future and the government or local governments issue warnings to businesses, we may change our response again.

Can I give gifts or letters to members?
