If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be denied entry.

身体障がい者手帳、精神障がい者保健福祉手帳、療育手帳について、顔写真が更新されていないものは本人確認ができないことがあります。その場合は、資格確認書など他の公的証明書をもう1点お持ちください。

- If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, and one of the documents lists your current address, then your application is valid.
- Documents issued for the purpose of being submitted to another person, such as a resident's card, cannot be used as identity verification documents.
Additionally, cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, medical cards, and commuter passes are not considered official documents for identity verification.
