Tickets will be displayed approximately two weeks before each performance.
* Seat numbers will be displayed 3 days before each performance (planned).

Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of the applicant and each accompanying person.
Please note that in order to prevent unauthorized ticket resale, the phone numbers of both the applicant and accompanying person must be registered when applying, and the electronic ticket will only be displayed on the smartphone device with that phone number.

How to receive your smartphone e-ticket and enter the venue
On the day of the performance, your identity will be verified at a designated counter using valid identification.
Both the applicant and accompanying person must bring documents that can verify their identity and attend the event together with the ticket applicant.
If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds.

As the government's basic response policy was abolished on Monday, May 8, 2023, the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infections at music concerts" were also abolished on the same day.
Visitors to Mrs. GREEN APPLE on “Harmony” will not be asked to wear masks, and will be asked to make their own personal choice and judgment based on their physical condition and living environment.
Please note that if there is a sudden spread of infectious diseases, not limited to COVID-19, and the government or local governments issue warnings to businesses, we may change our response again.
A letterbox will be set up in the venue lobby. Please use it to drop off letters to the members.
We will not accept any gifts other than letters.

The "MGA Official Light Stick" and "WELTRAUM Light Band" sold at "Zenjin Mito and Weltraum - Meimei Edition" will also continue to be available for use.
You can also bring in products such as the "Atlantis Light Stick" and "NOAH no HAKOBUNE Light Band" that were sold before last year, but they will not work with the "Sync Mode" that controls the lighting.
