When taking photographs, please be sure to observe the following precautions.

・The use of professional camera equipment such as digital cameras or single-lens reflex cameras is prohibited.
・The use of photography equipment other than cameras (monopods, tripods, stepladders, selfie sticks, etc.) is prohibited.

・Please refrain from taking photos above head level.
・If staff determine that your photography or other actions are causing a nuisance to other customers, you may be asked to leave.

Notice regarding live performances using the "MGA Official Light Stick"

The performance will be using the "MGA Official Light Stick."

Please read the following precautions before use.

[How to use]
  1. The "MGA Official Light Stick" is sold with batteries already installed.
  2. After purchase, please refer to the instruction manual included in the package and press and hold the button (for 2 seconds) to turn the power on.
  3. Outside the venue, the light will turn on when the power is turned on. Please check beforehand that the light turns on and works properly.
  4. If the power is left on, the battery will decrease, so after checking that the light is on, be sure to press and hold the button (for 2 seconds) to turn the power off.
  5. If the lights don't turn on or something isn't working properly, please visit one of the support desks located in two locations in the venue.
  6. If the signal to control the lighting color is being sent in the venue after the performance has started, the lights will not light up even though the power is on, but this is not a malfunction. Please enjoy the performance in which the organizers control the lighting.
  7. Low battery levels may cause malfunctions, so please replace with new alkaline AAA batteries after each performance.
[For those who already own the Official Light Stick]

If you have already purchased "Zenjin Mito and Weltraum - Meimei Hen" at any of the venues or from the OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP and are planning to attend "Mrs. GREEN APPLE on "Harmony", please refer to this manual video and replace the alkaline AAA batteries with new ones before coming to the event.
*Replacement batteries will not be sold at the venue.

[For those who have a WELTRAUM Light Band]

"WELTRAUM Light Band" sold at each venue and the OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP for "Zenjin Mito and Weltraum - Meimei Edition" can still be used. Please refer to this battery replacement image and replace with a new alkaline AAA battery before coming to the event.
*Replacement batteries will not be sold at the venue.

Go to Ticket Pia "My Tickets" and press the "Pick up with e-ticket" button.
Next, select the ticket you want to pick up and press "Pick up at MOALA."

The app will start automatically, the ticket will be downloaded into the app, and the ticket will be displayed.
*If you are using an iPhone, a confirmation page will be displayed. Tap "OPEN".
*If the "MOALA Pocket" app is not installed on your smartphone, you will be redirected to the app installation page, where you will need to install the app.

[For those who changed their smartphone model after purchasing tickets]
If you are changing your smartphone, please return your old smartphone to Ticket Pia Cloak, then download the ticket again on your new smartphone by following steps 1) to 3) above.
If you do not "return" the old smartphone, you will not be able to download the app on your new smartphone.

Regarding the "Electronic Ticket Inquiry Desk" on the day of the performance

When purchasing tickets for this performance, please be aware that all admission will be via electronic tickets purchased through the smartphone app "MOALA Pocket."
However, in light of the situation where some customers who have already made payment are unable to download their electronic tickets due to unavoidable circumstances, we will set up an "Electronic Ticket Assistance Desk" near the entrance from the opening time each day.
