    Important Notes
    • Both the applicant and accompanying guest must be registered members of the official fan club “Ringo Jam” (annual or monthly membership plan).
    • Tickets can only be issued to the registered applicant and accompanying guest at the time of application.
    • Accompanying guest information cannot be changed after the application period has ended.
    • All tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets (smartphone devices: iPhone / Android). No paper tickets will be issued.
    • Both the applicant and accompanying guest must use electronic tickets.
    • Applications in which the applicant and accompanying guest are swapped for the same performance will be invalid. Examples of invalid applications:
      Applicant A + Accompanying guest B
      Applicant B + Accompanying guest A
      (Where Applicant A and Accompanying guest A are the same person, and Applicant B and Accompanying guest B are the same person.)
    • Each member may apply once per performance (You may apply for multiple performances.)
      A separate application is required for each performance.
      For a single application, up to three seat types may be selected in order of preference. If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please submit a separate application for each performance.

  • Important Information Before Applying for Tickets
    Please be sure to read all of the following information carefully before submitting your application.
    • About the front area

      • The Front Area is located at the front section of the arena.
      • Admission to the Front Area requires tickets with facial photo registration. All attendees, including both the applicant and accompanying guests, must complete photo registration in advance.
      • All selected applicants and accompanying guests must complete facial photo registration by the specified deadline.
      • The ticket will display the attendee’s name and photo. Please present it at the entrance for identity verification. Entry will be denied under any circumstances if identity cannot be confirmed.
      • Front Area seating for the MUFG Stadium (National Stadium) performances on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 is exclusively available to members of the Official Fan Club “Ringo Jam.”
    • About the panorama area

      • The Panorama Area is located in the upper section of the stands and offers a panoramic view of the entire venue.
    • Regarding the reserved seating area

      • The Reserved Seating Area is intended for young children and guests who prefer to remain seated while enjoying the concert.
      • Guests must remain seated throughout the performance. Standing is not permitted.
      • -Seats in the Reserved Seating Area do not guarantee proximity to the stage.
    • About the Annotated Stand Panorama Area

      • Some seats may have obstructed views due to equipment. Depending on your seat, you may not be able to see the stage production, video, or performers during the show, or the sound may be difficult to hear.
      • Please note that the degree of obstruction to your view will vary depending on your seat location.

      Regarding the annotated reserved seating area

      • Guests must remain seated throughout the performance. Standing is not permitted.
      • -Due to seating location and equipment, it may be difficult to see performers, stage effects, video, or members during performances, and the sound may be difficult to hear.

      • * Please note that refunds and cancellations are not possible for any reason. Please understand and acknowledge this before applying.
      • * Tickets purchased by the purchaser cannot be distributed (transferred) to others.
        If you purchase duplicate tickets for the same performance (e.g., you purchase one ticket and then another), the duplicate ticket will not be valid.
        Please note that even if you purchase the same item multiple times, we cannot accept transfers to others, cancellations, or refunds.
    • Notes regarding the performance

      • The event will proceed in the event of rain; however, it may be cancelled in the case of severe weather.
      • Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
      • One ticket per person is required for children aged 4 and over. Children aged 3 and under are not permitted entry. No refunds will be issued in such cases. (Age is determined as of the performance date.)
      • Each attendee must present their own valid ticket on the day of the performance. Admission will not be permitted under any circumstances without a ticket.
      • If an accompanying guest does not have a smartphone compatible with electronic tickets, identity verification will be conducted at the designated counter on the day of the performance.
        Please ensure that both the applicant and accompanying guests bring valid identification and enter the venue together. Admission may be denied if identity cannot be verified.
      • If the ticket applicant is unable to attend, accompanying guests without a compatible smartphone will not be permitted entry on their own.
      • Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to attending. Proof of age may be requested.
      • Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is postponed or cancelled. No refunds will be issued if the performance is cancelled after it has begun.
      • Depending on seating location, visibility or audio conditions may be limited. Cancellations or refunds due to viewing conditions will not be accepted.
      • The performance may be recorded or photographed, and audience members may appear in video or audio recordings.
      • During the performance, you may stand in front of your seat to watch the performance, but please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on your chair.
      • Guests in the designated seating area must sit while watching the show. Standing is not permitted.
      • Universal seating areas are planned to be available within the Front Area, Arena Area, and Stand Area. Guests wishing to use the Universal Area should apply for tickets in one of these areas.
      • Guests using wheelchairs or requiring accessibility accommodations should contact the relevant inquiry desk after ticket purchase and payment.
        Caregivers are also required to hold a valid ticket.
      • Pets are not permitted inside the venue. Assistance dogs (e.g., guide dogs) are permitted. Guests attending with assistance dogs are requested to contact the inquiry desk in advance.
      • -Tickets obtained through non-official channels, including auctions, ticket shops, scalpers, or social media, will be deemed invalid. This includes tickets listed for resale even if no transaction is completed. No refunds will be issued.
      • Tickets purchased through resale websites will not be accepted for entry on the day of the event. No refunds will be provided.
      • -Seat exchanges between attendees or viewing from seats other than your assigned seat is prohibited.
      • In the event of any violation, strict measures may be taken, including ticket invalidation and mandatory withdrawal from the Official Fan Club.
      • To prevent ticket resale, identity verification may be conducted for both the applicant and accompanying guests upon entry. Please bring valid identification.
    • Valid ID documents

      Applicants and accompanying persons must each bring one of the following valid forms of identification.
      Please bring one form of identification with a photograph, or at least two forms of identification without a photograph.
      (Expired validity period not accepted / Copying not permitted)
      If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, we may refuse your entry. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred in purchasing the ticket.

    • Important Information Regarding Your Visit

      • Door opening and performance start times may be subject to change.
      • Regulated exits will be implemented after the performance. Please leave the venue promptly and refrain from gathering outside.
      • Bringing food or beverages other than water into the arena is prohibited.
      • Cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles over 601 ml, and hazardous items are not permitted. Baggage inspections may be conducted upon entry. Guests who do not comply may be denied admission.
      • To ensure your safety and comfort, please stay hydrated and take breaks as needed. Umbrellas, parasols, and tall hats may be used outside the seating area but are not permitted while seated.
      • Please prepare rain protection such as large plastic bags, raincoats, or rain boots if necessary.
      • -Umbrellas, parasols and tall hats may be used outside the auditorium, but please refrain from using them while seated.
      • Please bring a large plastic bag (enough to hold your belongings and other items), a raincoat, rain boots, etc. to protect yourself from the rain.
      • If you feel unwell at any time, please notify a nearby staff member or visit a first-aid station immediately.
        Likewise, if you notice any guests around you who appear unwell, please inform a staff member.
      • Staff may approach guests who appear unwell. 
        Depending on the situation, entry or continued attendance may be refused.
      • Jumping     is strictly prohibited to protect the facility and prevent disturbance to surrounding areas.
      • -Coin lockers and cloakroom facilities are not available at the venue.
      • Dangerous behavior such as throwing objects onto the stage or approaching the stage is strictly prohibited. Viewing from any area other than your assigned seat is not permitted.
      • Illegal parking and street parking are strictly prohibited. Please do not drive to or from the venue.
      • No parking is available for attendees. .Please use public transportation.
      • There is no parking available for customers. Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
      • Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue premises, including electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. Smoking in surrounding areas is also discouraged to avoid inconvenience to local residents.


      • *Failure to comply with the above rules, refusal to follow staff instructions, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue. In such cases, ticket refunds will not be provided.
