    If the registered member (child) does not own a smartphone or computer, a family member (parent or legal guardian) may complete the registration for Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" using their device.
    In this case, an email address and phone number are required for registration.
    Please ensure that the membership is registered under the child’s own name.

    Please prepare a new email address and phone number, and be sure to check this page.

    If I can no longer attend, is it possible to transfer or resell my ticket?
    A.
    Tickets cannot be transferred or traded, even to family members.
    As stated on the application screen, tickets may only be used by the member who registered at the time of application.
    *If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be refused entry.
    *Please note that in such cases, ticket fees and any associated service charges will not be refunded.

    If I join the fan club now, can I apply for the fan club pre-sale?

    If you join during the fan club pre-sale application period, you will be eligible to apply for the fan club pre-sale after joining Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam".
    Please carefully review the application periods and conditions for each pre-sale on this page before applying.

    Can children (minors) apply and attend on their own?
    A.
    Yes, both application and attendance are permitted.
    When applying, please be sure to use your child’s name.

    Please note that if minors attend on their own, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur inside or outside the venue.
    Be sure to consult with a parent or guardian before attending.

    *Name changes after the application has been completed are not permitted, even for family members.
    *Children under the age of 3 are not permitted entry.

    Can applicants and companions be switched after applying?
    A.
    No, this is not permitted.
    Any applications in which the applicant and companion are swapped for the same performance will be considered invalid.

    Each member may apply once per performance (applications for multiple performances are allowed).
    If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please submit a separate application for each performance.

    *If multiple applications are submitted for the same performance, only the most recent application will be considered valid.

    How can I receive my electronic ticket via the official “MGA App”?
    A.
    Tickets will be available on the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App" approximately two weeks before each performance (scheduled), and seat information will be displayed approximately three days before each performance (scheduled).
    Tickets can only be received on the device with the smartphone phone number registered at the time of application.

    You will be notified by email once ticket issuance begins.

    Could you please tell me about wheelchair-accessible areas, universal access areas, and caregivers?

    Guests using wheelchairs or those with mobility needs may view the performance from the designated accessible (universal access) area.
    If you wish to use this area, please contact the inquiry desk for your performance after your ticket has been confirmed and payment has been completed.
    *Please note that caregivers are also required to have a valid ticket.
    *Pets are not permitted. However, service animals such as guide dogs are allowed. If you plan to attend with a service animal, we kindly ask that you contact the inquiry desk for your performance in advance so we can assist you smoothly.
