If you have purchased tickets for a different performance date through the "Additional Seat Reception (first come, first served)" and would like a refund, please go through the refund procedure.

*The performance date currently displayed on Ticket Pia's "My Tickets" is the performance date for the ticket you purchased.

*Please double check the performance date for your ticket before proceeding.

*After you have processed your refund, the refund process cannot be canceled depending on the results of the "Additional Seat Application (Lottery)." Please understand and acknowledge this before applying.

・If you plan to attend the performance for which you currently have a ticket, no further procedures are required. Your ticket will remain valid.

・Refunds must be made in the name of the person who purchased the ticket. Applications (refunds) can only be made for the same number of tickets purchased. If you have purchased two or more tickets, you cannot request a partial refund.

・Please note that we cannot process applications after the application period has passed.
