    • Important Notes Regarding Applications

      • 申込者・同行者ともにオフィシャルファンクラブ「Ringo Jam」会員（年・月会費コース）であることが必須となります。
      • Only the person registered at the time of application can issue tickets, both for the applicant and accompanying person.
      • After the reception has ended, you cannot change the accompanying person registered at the time of application.
      • This performance will handle all admission tickets as electronic tickets (for smartphones: iPhone / Android). There will be no sale of paper tickets. Please check the application screen for more details.
      • This performance will issue electronic tickets for both the applicant and their companions.
      • Any applications in which the applicant and accompanying person are switched for the same performance will be subject to disappointment.

      • Each member can apply once per performance. (Multiple performance entries are possible)
        If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately.
        If you apply for the same performance multiple times, only the last application will be valid. If there is anything you would like to change, please apply for that performance again from the beginning.
      • With one application, you can apply for seat types up to your third preference.
Before you apply for tickets
Please be sure to read the following precautions:

  • About the Ringo Jam Sheet

    • For this performance, entry is only permitted with tickets that have "face photo registration [required]" for the Ringo Jam seating. All attendees (both the applicant and their companions) must register their photos in advance.
    • Those who have won must register a facial photograph, including both the applicant and any accompanying persons, by the deadline.
    • Your name and photo will be displayed on the ticket, so please present it upon entry. We will verify your identity. If you cannot confirm your identity, entry will be denied for any reason.
    • If you do not have a registered photo of your face, you will be refused entry. Even if your photo is registered, we may ask you to show identification if it is difficult to confirm your identity.

    • Ringo Jam seats are exclusively available to members of the official fan club, "Ringo Jam."

  • Seating assignment

    • Reserved seats are for small children and those who wish to sit and watch the concert.
    • During the performance, you must remain seated in your designated seat. Standing to watch is not permitted.
    • Reserved seats do not guarantee proximity to the stage.

  • Pre-order Bonuses
    About "MAGICAL CODE"

    • Customers who pre-order the MGA MAGICAL 10 YEARS Anniversary Best Album "10" at participating stores during the promotional period will receive a pre-order bonus called "MAGICAL CODE".
    • By reserving one item with a deposit, you will receive one "MAGICAL CODE" as a gift.

    • Applicants and companions each need one unique "MAGICAL CODE". If the applicant and the companion have the same "MAGICAL CODE", the application cannot be submitted.
    • You can apply for multiple performances with a single "MAGICAL CODE". If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please submit an application for each performance individually.
    • If you apply multiple times for the same performance using one 'MAGICAL CODE', only the last application will be valid.
    • If you apply multiple times for the same performance using different 'MAGICAL CODES', you will not win more than once.
    • You cannot win multiple types of seats for a single performance, but it is possible to win tickets for multiple performances. Therefore, please be sure to apply only for performances that you can pay for and attend.
    • Please be aware that if multiple individuals enter using the same 'MAGICAL CODE', all entries may be rendered invalid.
    • When applying, please ensure that you correctly enter the 'MAGICAL CODE' for both the applicant and any companions. Additionally, please keep the 'MAGICAL CODE' safe, as we plan to offer benefits beyond this application.

  • Notes regarding the performance

    • Prohibition of resale for profit.
    • A ticket is required for each person aged 4 and older. Children aged 3 and under will not be admitted. Please note that ticket fees are non-refundable (age is determined as of the date of the event).
    • On the day of the performance, you will need to have one ticket per person. Please note that if you do not have a ticket, you will not be able to enter the venue for any reason.
    • If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, they will need to show a valid ID at the designated counter on the day of the performance to verify their identity.
      Please make sure that both the applicant and accompanying person have documents that can verify their identity and come to the venue together with the ticket applicant. If you are unable to provide identification, you may be denied entry.
    • If the ticket applicant cannot attend, companions without smartphones will not be allowed to enter.
    • Minors are required to obtain consent from a guardian to attend. (You may be asked to present proof of age.)
    • Refunds for tickets will not be accepted unless the performance is postponed or canceled. If the performance is stopped midway, there will be no refunds.
    • Depending on your seat, there may be parts of the stage or performance that are difficult to see, or the sound may be hard to hear. However, cancellations or refunds due to viewing conditions cannot be accommodated.
    • Please note that the footage and audio of the performance may be used. Please note that you may appear in the footage.
    • It is strictly prohibited to photograph or record the performing artists using recording/filming equipment such as cameras, camera-equipped mobile phones, video cameras, tape recorders, etc.
      If such behavior is discovered, you will be asked to immediately delete the data, have your devices confiscated, and leave the venue. Legal action may also be taken.
    • During the performance, you may stand in front of your own seat to enjoy the show, but please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on the chair.
    • Guests with reserved seating will be required to sit while watching the show. Standing is not permitted.
    • If you are coming in a wheelchair or have a physical disability and would like to watch from the universal area, please contact the relevant performance office after winning and paying for your tickets.
      Please note that caregivers will also need a ticket.
    • Any tickets obtained through unofficial channels, including not only auctions but also ticket shops, scalpers, social media, etc., will be considered for commercial purposes and will be invalidated.
      *Even if the auction does not go through, it will be considered as such once the ticket is listed. Please note that ticket prices will not be refunded.
    • To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please be aware that tickets purchased from resale sites will not be valid for entry on the day of the event. No refunds will be issued for these tickets.
    • Exchanging seats with other customers and watching from any seat other than your own is prohibited.
    • If any violation is discovered, we may take strict disciplinary action, such as invalidating your membership or forcing you to withdraw from the club.
    • To prevent ticket resale, we may require identity verification for both the ticket applicant and their companions upon entry. Please be sure to bring identification documents when you come.

  • Valid ID documents

    Applicants and accompanying persons must each bring one of the following valid identification documents:
    Please bring one form of photo ID and two forms of non-photo ID.

    If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be denied entry.
    Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred in purchasing the ticket.

      Additionally, cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, medical cards, and commuter passes are not considered official documents for identity verification.

  • Important Information Regarding Your Visit

    • If you feel any discomfort in your health, please speak to a nearby staff member or contact the first aid stations set up in various locations.
      Additionally, if you notice someone else feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to inform a nearby staff member.
    • Please note that staff will contact customers who appear to be unwell.
      We ask for your understanding that depending on the circumstances, we may refuse entry to the venue.
    • The opening and starting times may be subject to change.
    • After the performance, we kindly ask those who have exited the venue to disperse without lingering.
    • Please refrain from illegal parking and street parking.
