<Long-term member ticket lottery benefits>

We will be holding a ticket lottery for long-term members.

[Eligible Members]

- Those who joined the old "Ringo Jam" by July 31, 2021 and have completed the transfer of their joining date to the new "Ringo Jam"​

[Notes regarding application]

● Both the applicant and accompanying person must be members of the official fan club, "Ringo Jam" (annual or monthly membership fee course).

● You can apply for either the "annual membership fee" or "monthly membership fee" course.

● Only the person registered at the time of application can issue tickets, including the applicant and accompanying person.

● Please note that visitor information cannot be changed after purchase.

● Any applications in which the applicant and accompanying person are switched for the same performance will be subject to disappointment.

All of these will be rejected.

● Each member may only apply for one​ ​performance per application. If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately. If you apply multiple times for the same performance, only the last application will be valid. If there is anything you would like to change, please apply for that performance again from the beginning.

● All tickets for this performance will be electronic tickets (for smartphones (iPhone/Android)). Paper tickets will not be sold. Please check the application page for details.

● Tickets that you have won through the member-only pre-sale are reserved for you as a member. We would appreciate it if you would maintain your membership status until the day of the performance.
*Depending on the performance, content and projects may be available exclusively to members.

[Notes regarding the performance]

● Resale for commercial purposes is prohibited

● One ticket is required for each child over 4 years old. Children under 3 years old will not be allowed to enter. Please note that there will be no refunds for tickets. (Age is as of the day of the performance.)

● On the day of the performance, each person must have one ticket. Please note that if you do not have your ticket, you will not be able to enter the venue for any reason.

● If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, they will be asked to show a valid ID at the designated counter on the day of the performance to verify their identity. Please make sure that both the applicant and the companion bring a document that can verify their identity and come to the venue together with the ticket applicant. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.

● Accompanying persons registered when you applied for tickets cannot be changed after the application process has ended.

● If the ticket applicant is unable to attend, accompanying persons who do not have a smartphone will not be allowed to enter alone.

● Minors must have parental consent to attend.

● You may be asked to present proof of age.

● Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. If the performance is canceled midway, there will be no refund.

● Depending on your seat, you may have difficulty seeing parts of the stage and the performance, or the members during the performance.

● Please note that video and audio from the performance may be used.

● Doors opening and performance start times may be subject to change.

● Please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on your chair during the performance.
● Reserved seats are for small children and those who wish to sit and watch the concert. Standing up during the performance is not permitted.

● You may be asked to sit in some seats on the upper floors of the venue.

● If you are coming in a wheelchair or if you are a physically disabled person who would like to watch from the universal area, please contact the contact information for each performance after you have won and made your payment for your tickets.

● Any tickets obtained through non-official channels, including not only auctions but also ticket shops, scalpers, social media, etc., will be considered for commercial purposes and will be invalidated.

* Even if the auction does not go through, it will be considered as such once the ticket is listed. Please note that there will be no refunds for tickets.

● To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please note that if you have purchased tickets from a resale site, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. Ticket refunds will not be given.

● If a violation is discovered, we may take strict disciplinary action, including forced expulsion.

● In order to prevent ticket resale, we may ask for identification of both the ticket applicant and accompanying person upon entry. Please be sure to bring identification documents with you when you come to the venue.
