Regarding enrollment for children and those who do not own a smartphone

How can my child join if he or she does not have a smartphone?

There is no age restriction, but minors must consult with their guardians.
Also, please see below for important points to note when registering.

●Payment of membership fees
Payment can also be made on your behalf by someone other than yourself, such as a parent or family member.
If you pay by credit card, you can use the service even if the "name on registration" and the "name on the credit card" are different.
However, please be sure to consult with each other before registering.

If you don't have your own email address
Please consider obtaining a free email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).
*You can also register using a family member's email address if it has not already been used to register as a member (obtain a Plus member ID).

<If you use an email address that has already been used to obtain a Plus member ID>
The information of the registered person (name and date of birth) will be reflected.
A confirmation screen will be displayed at the end of the registration process (before payment).
Please make sure that the name is that of the person wishing to join.

If you don't have your own phone number
Please register your home landline number.

If you do not have a landline, you may register your mobile phone number.
Please be careful if the performance involves electronic tickets.
*Information may vary each time, so please be sure to read the notes and other information when applying.

If you don't have your own smartphone
This does not mean that the operation must be performed from the registered user's own device.
Your family member can complete the membership application process using their smartphone or PC.

When registering, please register using the information of the user (child) and not the device owner.
*Even if the person is a family member, we cannot accept any name changes after registration has been completed.

If you are already logged in to the site, you will not be able to register.
If you are already logged in when you are signing up,
Be sure to [Log out] and [Clear your browser cache] before performing any operations.
*If you are using a smartphone, tap "SUPPORT" at the bottom of the page and then tap [Logout].

By clearing your browser cache,
Your saved ID and password may be deleted from your browser.
When logging in again, you will need to enter your ID and password.

Please be sure to manage your ID and password login information carefully so that you do not forget them.
