Can children who do not have a smartphone (email address/phone number) join?
A.If the registrant does not have a smartphone or computer, they can apply for membership using a family member's (guardian/parental) device.
In this case, you will need to register your email address and phone number.
■Registering your email address
Please consider usingan email address of a family member that has not been used toregister as a member(obtain a Plus member ID), or obtaining a new free email address (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.).
■Registering your phone number
If you do not have a phone number starting with [070/080/090], please register one of the following.
● Your home landline phone number
● Family member (guardian/parent) phone number
*For performances that offer electronic tickets, you may be required to register your mobile phone number.Instructions vary for each performance, so please be sure to check the notes when applying for tickets.
*The "phone number registered to the fan club" and "SMS (phone number) authentication on the app" are different.

① If your family member is already registered and logged in to the site, you will not be able to complete the membership process.
If you are already logged in, please be sure to [log out] and [clear your browser cache] before registering.
*Please check your currently logged in account information on "MYPAGE".
*When you access the top page in a web browser, a [Logout] option will appear at the bottom.After logging out, please log in using the account information you wish to use.
② When applying for membership, please do not use the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App."Please access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).

3. Clearing your browser cache may delete your saved ID and password from your browser.When logging in again, you will need to enter your ID and password.
Please manage your ID and password login information yourself so that you do not forget it.
