■About electronic tickets

Ticket issuing method: "Mrs. GREEN APPLE official app"

Ticket display: Approximately 2 weeks before each performance (scheduled)

Seat number display: 3 days before each performance (planned)

Receipt is only possible on the device with the smartphone phone number registered when applying.

Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of the applicant and each accompanying person.

As a measure against fraudulent ticket resale, we ask that both the applicant and accompanying person register their phone numbers when applying, and the electronic ticket will only be displayed on the smartphone device with those phone numbers.
