*If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be refused entry. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred for purchasing the ticket.

If your passport or student ID does not include your current address, please bring another official document (such as a qualification confirmation letter) that can verify your name, current address, and date of birth.

Regarding the Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, and Rehabilitation Certificate, if the photograph has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In that case, please bring another official document such as a qualification confirmation letter. If you are writing your current address by hand, please write your current address.

・Student ID cards or student handbooks without a photo

If you are writing your current address by hand, please write your current address. If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, your current address will be valid if it is written on one document.

Documents issued for the purpose of submitting them to others, such as a residence certificate, cannot be used as identity verification documents. Cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, patient registration cards, and commuter passes also do not qualify as official documents for identity verification.
