The [Ticket Display Date] will vary depending on the advance purchase you made, so please check below.


*When the ticket display date arrives, TicketPlus will send an email to the purchaser displaying the ticket.

*If seat information is not displayed after the seat display date, please swipe down on the ticket list screen on the app to refresh it and then try again.

*You can only receive the gift on the device with the smartphone phone number you registered when applying.

Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of the applicant and each accompanying person.

As a measure against fraudulent ticket resale, we ask that both the applicant and accompanying person register their phone numbers when applying, and the electronic ticket will only be displayed on the smartphone device with those phone numbers.


■ Regarding tickets purchased through the Ringo Jam Members First Pre-sale and Members First Pre-sale

Scheduled approximately two weeks before each performance.

Seat numbers will be displayed three days before each performance.
