If you are applying for a set of two or more tickets,
The following travel companion information is required:- (1) Plus member ID of the accompanying person who is registered with FC (if your ID starts with E, please enter it from E)
- (2) Name of accompanying person to be displayed on ticket (in Kanji)
- (3) The smartphone phone number of the accompanying person to be displayed on the ticket
How to check your Plus member ID
- *Once selected, live participants cannot be changed.
- *Please be sure to register the information of those who will be joining you.
- *If you enter the wrong phone number or Plus member ID, you will not be able to receive your tickets. Please make sure you enter the correct information before applying.
<If your companion does not have a smartphone>
On the day of the performance, we will check your identity with a valid ID at the designated counter. Please bring a document that can verify your identity, including the applicant and your companion, and come to the venue with the ticket applicant. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
When applying, please enter the following information:- (1) The Plus member ID of the accompanying person who is registered with the FC (if your ID begins with E, please enter it from E)
- (2) Name of accompanying person to be displayed on ticket (in Kanji)

When entering your companion's information, please be sure to select "I do not have a smartphone" in the question "Do you own a smartphone device that can display electronic tickets?"
*If you select "I have a smartphone," you cannot change it after you have been selected. Even if the applicant or accompanying person does not have a smartphone, we cannot accommodate the case of not having a smartphone.

- E-ticket issue date
- Tickets will be displayed approximately two weeks before each performance.
* Seat numbers will be displayed three days before each performance (planned).
*We will notify you by email when ticket sales begin. - Electronic ticket display terminal
- Electronic tickets will be issued to the smartphones of the applicant and each accompanying person.
Please note that in order to prevent unauthorized ticket resale, the phone numbers of both the applicant and accompanying person must be registered when applying, and the electronic ticket will only be displayed on the smartphone device with that phone number.

Please bring one form of photo ID and two forms of non-photo ID.

If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be refused entry. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred for purchasing the ticket.

- 2. If your physical disability certificate, mental health and welfare certificate, or rehabilitation certificate has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In that case, please bring another official document such as your health insurance card.
- 3. If you are filling out the form to enter your current address by hand, please write your current address.

- 1. If you are filling out the form to write your current address by hand, please write your current address.
- 2. If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, your current address only needs to be listed on one of them.
- 3. Documents issued for the purpose of being submitted to others, such as a resident's certificate, cannot be used as identification documents.
Additionally, cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, medical cards, and commuter passes are not considered official documents for identity verification.
