- ※ This POP-UP STORE operates on a 30-minute entry rotation system, and participation is limited to the 30 minutes within the reserved time slot for the winning group.
※ To allow more customers to visit, we have set a range of times for the reservation slots. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
※ The final entry will be allowed until 30 minutes before the venue closes.
※ One 【e-ticket】 allows entry for "one person who has won the ticket." Additionally, if the applicant is a child in middle school or younger at the time of application, one family member may accompany them.
※ Detailed participation times and order numbers can be confirmed when receiving the ticket.
※ Due to the specifications of the application form system, the time displayed at the end when selecting your desired visit date is 00:00, but you will be assigned to one of the time slots within the winning group.
※ Reservation slots are non-transferable. If the applicant is unable to attend, a proxy will not be allowed to enter.

- About the Virtual Waiting Room
- This reception has implemented a virtual waiting room (Queue-it) system as a measure to alleviate concentrated access.
It is a system that guides customers applying in order to the reception site.
・After accessing the virtual waiting room, you will be guided to the application page in order.
・If you access after the reception has started, your order will be assigned based on the order of access.
*Please refrain from viewing in the browser's private mode or incognito mode, as this may result in a reset of your position in the waiting room.
・When your turn comes, please access within 10 minutes.
・If you do not access within 10 minutes, you will need to rejoin the queue.
・It may take 1-2 minutes from the notification "Your turn has come" to transition to the application page.
・The time you can access the application page and the waiting time are only estimates and may vary.
・Depending on the access situation, you may have to wait more than an hour. Please be aware of this in advance.
・If a rush of applications occurs just before the reception ends, the waiting time may increase, and there is a possibility that applications will close. Please apply with ample time to spare.

<About Reception>
- Registration will be conducted by lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply within the application period.
- Each person can apply only once, with a limit of one application per round, and can express preferences up to the fifth choice.
- You can only apply once per event. After completing your application, you cannot apply again for the same event. If you wish to apply multiple times, please do so in a single application.
- Changes or cancellations after winning cannot be made. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to submit your application depending on the browser. In that case, please try switching to Google Chrome.
- In principle, only those who have won the advance tickets and have continued their fan club membership until the day of the event will be allowed to enter.
- The resale and transfer of tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained through illegal sales may result in denial of entry on the day of the event. In such cases, we will not be able to cover any transportation or accommodation costs incurred.
- Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited, and any ticket that has been resold even once is not guaranteed to be valid.
- Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.

- Electronic tickets can only be displayed on the smartphone device registered at the time of application. Please be careful to avoid mistakes when entering your information.
- Electronic tickets can be used by those who have a smartphone with an SMS contract that allows for internet connectivity.
- Additionally, there are some smartphones that may not be available for use. Please be sure to check whether your smartphone is compatible with the electronic ticket system before applying.
