Earn points
You can earn points by taking actions related to Mrs. GREEN APPLE 's activities, such as viewing "Ringo Jam" content, using the app, and attending live shows.
Action 1: "Joining, Renewal, and Birthday Actions"
In addition to earning points when you sign up as a new member and continuing your membership every month/year, you can also earn points during your birthday month.
Action 2: "App/Content Action"
Points are earned by launching the app and using content.
Action 3: "Live Action"
You can earn points by scanning the QR code on posters displayed at the venue.

Membership Continuation
After registering for "Ringo Jam", you will receive points every time you continue to use the service. The more you continue, the more points you will earn.
- If you rejoin within one month of cancelling your membership, you will be considered for continued membership.

FAQ
- I am not receiving any points. When will the points be credited?

Points are not reflected immediately. The timing of points being awarded is as follows:
・Membership points: Awarded on the day of registration
・Continuation points: Awarded sequentially until the 3rd of each month
・Birthday points: Awarded on the 1st of your birthday month
・App launch point: Granted within 10 days
・Content viewing points: Granted within 10 days
・Live streaming viewing points: Granted within 10 days
・Check-in point at the live venue: Granted within 10 days
*Points may be awarded 1-2 days late depending on the system status. - Do points have an expiration date?

There is no expiration date, but if you cancel your membership with Ringo Jam, any points you have earned will be forfeited.
You can continue your membership up until the month following your cancellation, and any accumulated points will be retained.

*If you re-register with the same ID before the expiration date (within one month of the expiration date), your membership information and points will be carried over.
Please note that you will be awarded renewal points instead of new membership points.
If you change from a monthly membership plan to an annual membership plan, you will be given new enrollment points for the annual membership plan at the time of the change.
*No new points will be awarded if you take action during the expiration date.
*If you have cancelled your monthly membership or your annual membership has expired at the time points are awarded, points will not be awarded. - Where can I check the status of my points?

The stage will change whenever a certain point is reached.

*You can check this on the "Point Program Stage Confirmation" page in your My Page. - I joined the month after my birthday, will I still receive points?

The points will be awarded on your birthday after joining.
(Example) Birthday is January 31st, joins on February 1st ⇒ points will be awarded in January of the following year. - My birthday was before the points program started, so I won't be able to receive points?

Birthday points will be awarded from October 2024, when the points program begins.
Those born before September 2024 will be granted the benefit every year from 2025 onwards. - If I change my membership plan from a monthly to an annual plan, will my points be carried over?
