Please read this if you are changing your course.
Information regarding changing from monthly to annual membership fees
You can transfer your membership information from the monthly membership course to the annual membership course.
Please note that if you register as a new member for the annual membership course without following the steps on this page, you will not be able to transfer your membership information.
* Members outside of Japan can only pay by credit card.

- ・Only those who reside in countries that can be selected on the credit card payment and member information registration screen can join.
- ・If a person living in Japan mistakenly enrolls as a "resident outside Japan," or if a person living outside Japan mistakenly enrolls as a "resident in Japan," you will not be able to change your course unless you cancel your membership. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to offer refunds or transfer your account information.
- ・If you already have a Plus member ID and would like to register as a resident outside of Japan, your account may be registered as a Japanese account. If you cannot select a nationality other than Japan when registering your information, please register again.
- ・Once you have selected a membership plan, it cannot be changed unless you cancel your membership. Please consider carefully before making your selection.
- ・Please note that some content, such as Mrs. MOVIE and GACHA, will basically be available in Japanese.
- ・Even if you have registered "I would like the bonus to be shipped," if you have not registered a correct address, please note that we will not be responsible for non-delivery of the shipment and will not be able to provide a refund.
- ・If for some reason international mailing is not possible, we will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the package and will not be able to provide a refund.

The registration method varies depending on when you change courses.
- Please cancel your monthly membership course by clicking "Cancel Membership" on your My Page.
- Please log in with the email address and password you registered for the monthly membership course between the 1st and the last day of the following month and make your payment for the annual membership course.
*If you re-register after the following month, you will be registered as a new member.

If you wish to change your course, please proceed by clicking the [Proceed to Course Change Page] button.
If you change from a monthly membership plan to an annual membership plan within the same month, you will be charged the membership fees for both plans for the first month only.
(Example) "Monthly fee" 550 yen (tax included) + "Annual fee course" 6,050 yen (tax included) = total 6,600 yen (tax included)
*For members in Japan
