To enter, a timed entry ticket is required, and entry will be granted in the order of the ticket numbers displayed on the ticket.
Tickets can be applied for every 30 minutes from 11:00 to 20:00.
*The final entry each day is at 19:30.

If there are remaining tickets, you can apply for tickets until 19:10 on the day of the event.
Due to system constraints, the application screen may also display sessions that have already ended, so please check the application time carefully before applying.
Please note that if you accidentally apply for tickets for a session that has already ended, we will not be able to process cancellations.

- About the Virtual Waiting Room
- This reception has implemented a virtual waiting room (Queue-it) system as a measure to alleviate concentrated access.
It is a system that guides customers applying in order to the reception site.
・After accessing the virtual waiting room, you will be guided to the application page in order.
・If you access after the reception has started, your order will be assigned based on the order of access.
*Please refrain from viewing in the browser's private mode or incognito mode, as this may result in a reset of your position in the waiting room.
・When your turn comes, please access within 10 minutes.
・If you do not access within 10 minutes, you will need to rejoin the queue.
・It may take 1-2 minutes from the notification "Your turn has come" to transition to the application page.

<About Reception>
- This registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it will end as soon as the maximum number of applications is reached.
- Once you have completed your application on a first-come, first-served basis, you cannot apply again for the same venue and date.
- You cannot apply for the same venue and date if you have already won a ticket through a prior application.
Furthermore, if you apply for the same venue and date after already winning, the application form system will display "You cannot apply because you do not meet the application conditions" due to system specifications. Thank you for your understanding. - Cancellations or changes after application are not possible. Please be sure to apply only for dates you can definitely visit.
- We cannot respond to any inquiries regarding the reference number.
- If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to submit your application depending on the browser. In that case, please try switching to Google Chrome.
- The resale and transfer of tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained through illegal sales may result in denial of entry on the day of the event. In such cases, we will not be able to cover any transportation or accommodation costs incurred.
- Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited, and any ticket that has been resold even once is not guaranteed to be valid.
- Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.
<About electronic tickets>
- Electronic tickets can only be displayed on the smartphone device registered at the time of application. Please be careful to avoid mistakes when entering your information.
- Electronic tickets can be used by those who have a smartphone with an SMS contract that allows for internet connectivity.
- Additionally, there are some smartphones that may not be available for use. Please be sure to check whether your smartphone is compatible with the electronic ticket system before applying.

- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (loss, damage, etc.). Additionally, if you forget your ticket, you will not be allowed entry on the day, regardless of any proof you may have. Please make sure to bring your ticket with you.
