This ticket will be issued as an electronic ticket through the ticketing app for both the purchaser and their companions.
Additionally, entry to the Ringo Jam seats will require a 'photo ID electronic ticket', and all attendees (including companions) must register their photos in advance.
After winning a ticket, please be sure to register your facial photo with Tixplus by the deadline. (The review process takes time, so please register as soon as possible.)

About registering a profile picture
Regarding the review of facial photographs
Please check the registration and review deadline schedule for each performance in the list below and complete your face photo registration.
There is a review process for registering your profile picture, and it may take some time to complete. Please complete your registration as soon as possible. Those with upcoming performance dates will be prioritized in the review process.
- If the face photo for identity verification is difficult to confirm, we may ask you to register again. Please check the specific unacceptable examples at "Inappropriate Photo Examples".
- If your photo falls under the category of inappropriate examples, we will send a re-registration notice to your registered email address. *If you have set up spam filters (such as domain-specific reception), please ensure that you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp".
- Once the face photo is registered, it cannot be modified or changed until it is deemed unacceptable during the review.
- Once the review is complete, changes cannot be made for any reason. Please be careful not to register incorrect photos, such as those that do not belong to the individual.
- Please check the [recommended environment] before registering your photos. *It may not work on the standard browser installed on Android 7.x. Please use Google Chrome for registration or register from a computer.
Regarding the registration of companion's face photos.
It is necessary for all companions to register their facial photographs.
