Information regarding on-site sales of OFFICIAL GOODS at the Yokohama Stadium concert venue.
As of today, the quick order system "QO-kun" that we have been informing you about is now available.
You can create a list of items you wish to purchase using your smartphone.
We ask for your cooperation in creating your own QR code (order sheet) before coming to the venue.
Please note that cashless payments such as "QO-kun" and credit cards can only be used at Osanbashi Hall.
Please note that only regular ticket sales and cash payments will be accepted within the Yokohama Stadium premises.
■How to use
❶ Tap the [Click here for "QO-kun"] button to go to the order page.
❷ Select the products you wish to purchase, click the "Want" button, create your "Wish List," and then your own personalized QR code (order sheet) will be created.
❸ Save a screenshot of the QR code (order sheet).
❹ On the day, hold the QR code (order sheet) over the device installed on the sales floor to issue a receipt.
❺Please present your receipt at the merchandise sales counter and make payment and pick up your items.

・Those who have tickets for the performance on the day of the event from 09:30 to 18:30
・For those who do not have a ticket for the performance on the day of the 18:30 to 20:30 performance
* Tickets will be sold at the counter as well as through"QO-kun."Cashless payment is possible.
* Please present your performance ticket to the staff at the ticket counter from 9:30 to 18:30. If you purchased your ticket through Ticket Pia, please distribute your e-ticket in advance.
❷ Within the Yokohama Stadium grounds
Sale target products: Only the following 5 products
・MGA Official Light Stick
・WELTRAUM Light Band
・WELTRAUM Towel
・MGA Rocket Bracelet
・MGA Special Photo Card Set “WELTRAUM”
July 20th (Sat) and July 21st (Sun) 11:00 ~ After the show
* Only regular counter sales and cash payments are accepted.
*Even if you do not have a performance ticket, you can purchase merchandise.

▼When visiting
*Due to congestion, it is expected that it will be difficult to connect to the Internet, so please download and display the performance ticket in advance before coming to the venue.
*In order to reduce congestion around the venue, only customers who purchase tickets will be allowed to enter. Please have your companions wait outside the venue area. However, if your companion has circumstances that make it difficult for them to wait alone, such as a preschool child, they may accompany you with confirmation from a staff member.
*Please refrain from waiting or lining up late at night or early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to neighbors and other facility users.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue.
*Please note that although we have sufficient stock, the number of products is limited.

※Due to busy hours, it is expected that it will be difficult to connect to the internet, so please create a wish list in advance and take a screenshot or print out the QR code (order sheet) before coming to the venue.
※Please note that the QR code (order sheet) does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase the item at the venue. Announcements will be made on the "QO-kun" website from time to time when items are sold out.
※"QO-kun" does not have a payment function. Please make payment at the merchandise counter at the venue.
※If you are unable to use "QO-kun," please directly inquire at the sales counter about the product you want.
*Please note that the sales start time and other details may be subject to change due to circumstances.
