This is information about advance ticket sales (lottery) exclusively for members of the official fan club, "Ringo Jam".

<Ticket prices>

All seats reserved: 3,500 yen (tax included)

* Charge applies for ages 3 and over. Children under 3 occupying a seat are charged.

*When purchasing tickets, various fees will be charged in addition to the ticket price.

*Mubichike cards cannot be used.

*Due to the nature of this special event, various discounts(for seniors, students, children, etc.), service prices, coupons, free tickets, invitation tickets, and other services are not available.

*For live viewing, if you wish to watch the movie on the theater's own sound screen or in a luxury seat, an additional charge may be required on top of the above fee.

<Application conditions>

The applicant is a "Ringo Jam" member (annual or monthly membership course)

*You can apply for either the "annual membership fee" or "monthly membership fee" course.

※Accompanying persons can also apply if they are non-members.

*Please note that for both ① and ②, cancellations will not be accepted after the application period has ended and refunds will not be possible after purchase.

*For both ① and ②, each person can select up to four tickets at a time and up to three choices.

*If tickets are sold out during the advance ticket sales for Ringo Jam members only, there will be no general release.

*Various fees will be charged in addition to the ticket price at each reception. Please be sure to check before applying.

*Tickets can be purchased for both days.

・Schedules for speakers and stage greetings may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

・Please note that we will never offer seats to the general public through any means other than official sales methods.

・Purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, if it is discovered that the tickets have been resold, you may be denied entry.

・The organizers and venue cannot be held responsible for any disputes between customers.

・Except in cases where the organizers decide to cancel the event due to an emergency situation, tickets cannot be changed or refunded after purchase or exchange, regardless of the circumstances that may arise for the purchaser.

・All seats are reserved. Those without tickets cannot view the show.

・We cannot store your luggage.

<Notes regarding the stage greeting venue >

・Please note that entry and exit during the event will not be permitted.

・You cannot choose your seat.

・Photography and video recording using cameras (including mobile phones) are strictly prohibited within the venue. Baggage inspection may be conducted on the day.

・The organizers may decide to cancel the stage greeting or change the speakers without prior notice. In such cases, there will be no compensation for travel expenses or accommodation costs. Please note that if the movie screening is held, tickets cannot be changed or refunded.

・Media coverage and filming will be conducted within the venue, and our company will take recordal photos. These photos may be broadcast or published on television, in magazines, on websites, etc.

・The event may be recorded on Blu-ray/DVD products to be sold at a later date.

- Regarding your personal information (portrait rights) at this event, by entering the event you are deemed to have agreed to the above use of your information.

- Waiting for performers to arrive or leave the theater in the vicinity is strictly prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to the neighbors.

・Due to theater operational reasons, entry into the theater and use of the restrooms may be restricted.

<Notes regarding the stage greeting live viewing venue >

・There will be no cheering screenings at this screening. Please remain seated and watch quietly.

・The screening start time may vary depending on the theater. Please check the website of each theater before coming.

・Because the live broadcast is via satellite, there is a possibility that video and audio may be disrupted due to weather conditions. If reception is impaired due to bad weather, you may have to wait for the weather to improve. Please note that tickets will not be refunded even if an unavoidable interruption occurs.

- The use of cameras (including mobile phone cameras), video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

・We do not accept reservations over the phone.

*In theaters within Osaka Prefecture, according to Osaka Prefecture ordinances, children under the age of 16 cannot enter screenings that end after 7 p.m. unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. In addition, children under the age of 18 cannot enter screenings that end after 10 p.m. even if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note this in advance.
