・SS designated seat 15,000 yen (tax included) per seat → Ringo Jam seat 20,000 yen (tax included) per seat

・S-rated 12,800 yen (tax included) per ticket → Ringo Jam seat 20,000 yen (tax included) per ticket

*Ringo Jam seats and reserved seating are not included.

・SS designated → Ringo Jam seat: 5,000 yen (tax included) / sheet

・S-rated → Ringo Jam seat: 7,200 yen (tax included)/sheet

*This is the amount you will pay if you win.

*A separate system usage fee will be charged.

Example: If you have already purchased one SS-designated ticket for the October 6th (Sun) performance and are selected to change your Ringo Jam seat

By paying an additional "ticket difference: 5,000 yen (tax included)", your seat type will be changed to "Ringo Jam Seat: 20,000 yen (tax included)".

*A separate system usage fee will be charged.

[Notes regarding the lottery application process for changing the seat type for the "Ringo Jam Seat"]

● Applications to change seat type can only be made by those who have won and purchased SS or S designated tickets in the Ringo Jam members-only advance ticket sales (first, second, or third round). (Ringo Jam seats and reserved seating are not eligible.)

● Applications will only be accepted for the same performance date and number of tickets as the performance you have purchased.

*Example) If you have already purchased two tickets for the SS on 10/6 (Sun) through the "Ringo Jam Members Only Ticket Advance Sale"

Only two "SS Designated (Ringo Jam Seat)" tickets for 5,000 yen (tax included) on Sunday, October 6th will be accepted for the "Ringo Jam Seat" seat type change lottery application.

We cannot accept reservations for a different performance date or for a number of tickets that differ from the number already purchased.

● If you have purchased tickets for multiple performances and wish to change the seat type for multiple tickets, please apply for each performance separately.

*Example: If you have already purchased tickets for two performances on 10/5 (Sat) and 10/6 (Sun) and would like to change your seat type for both performances, you will need to apply twice.

● If your seat type is changed to a Ringo Jam seat, you will receive the benefits of a Ringo Jam seat.

● The application representative and accompanying person for SS or S reservations that have already been purchased cannot be changed.

● The lottery application for changing seat types for the "Ringo Jam Seats" does not constitute an application for refunds or trading of tickets you own.

● If you are unsuccessful in the lottery to change your seat type to a "Ringo Jam Seat," you will be able to enter and watch the event with your already purchased ticket (SS designation/S designation).

* Once you have applied for the "Ringo Jam Seat" seat type change lottery, you cannot cancel or change the details.

[Notes regarding the performance]

● Resale for commercial purposes is prohibited

● One ticket is required for each child over 4 years old. Children under 3 years old will not be allowed to enter. Please note that there will be no refunds for tickets. (Age is as of the day of the performance.)

● On the day of the performance, each person must have one ticket. Please note that if you do not have your ticket, you will not be able to enter the venue for any reason.

● If your companion does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, they will be asked to show a valid ID at the designated counter on the day of the performance to verify their identity. Please make sure that both the applicant and the companion bring a document that can verify their identity and come to the venue together with the ticket applicant. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.

● Accompanying persons registered when you applied for tickets cannot be changed after the reception has closed.

● If the ticket applicant is unable to attend, accompanying persons who do not have a smartphone will not be allowed to enter alone.

● Minors must have parental consent to attend.

● You may be asked to present proof of age.

● Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled. If the performance is canceled midway, there will be no refund.

● Depending on your seat, you may have difficulty seeing parts of the stage and the performance, or the members during the performance.

● Please note that video and audio from the performance may be used.

● Doors opening and performance start times may be subject to change.

● Please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on your chair during the performance.
● Reserved seats are for small children and those who wish to sit and watch the concert. Standing up during the performance is not permitted.

● You may be asked to sit in some seats on the upper floors of the venue.

● If you are coming in a wheelchair or if you are a physically disabled person who would like to watch from the universal area, please contact the contact information for each performance after you have won and made your payment for your tickets.

● Any tickets obtained through non-official channels, including not only auctions but also ticket shops, scalpers, social media, etc., will be considered for commercial purposes and will be invalidated.

* Even if the auction does not go through, it will be considered as such once the ticket is listed. Please note that there will be no refunds for tickets.

● To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please note that if you have purchased tickets from a resale site, you will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event. Ticket refunds will not be given.

● If a violation is discovered, we may take strict disciplinary action, including forced expulsion.

● In order to prevent ticket resale, we may ask for identification of both the ticket applicant and accompanying person upon entry. Please be sure to bring identification documents with you when you come to the venue.
