*You can apply for either the "annual membership fee" or "monthly membership fee" course.

*Applications are limited to members in Japan.

<Purchase Restrictions>

Up to 4 tickets per person per show

This advance ticket application will use Pia Corporation's "Pre-reserve" system (a service where you apply during the application period and purchase tickets by lottery). To use this service, you will need to agree to the Pia membership terms of use.
●If the name, mobile phone number, or email address registered to your Pia membership is different from the information registered with "Ringo Jam", please change your Pia membership information before applying.

<Tickets and Admission>

・Tickets for this performance cannot be transferred for a fee without the consent of the organizers.

- Tickets that have been resold through any outlet other than the official outlet (auction, transfer, etc.) will be invalid and you will be denied entry.

・Tickets for this event cannot be resold at high prices on auction sites. To prevent resale, you may be asked to show identification upon entry, so please bring your identification with you on the day of the event.

- If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be asked to leave regardless of the reason.

・Tickets required for ages 4 and up. Children under 3 are not permitted to enter.

・We have wheelchair spaces available. In order to prepare wheelchair spaces on the day, please contact us at the address below at least one week before the performance after purchasing your ticket. Due to viewing space limitations, we may ask that only one person accompany you on the day of the performance. Companions also need tickets. Please apply with this in mind.

・The performance content, venue opening/start time, performers, etc. may be subject to change. In such cases, tickets cannot be refunded.

・We will not compensate for any travel expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue due to the cancellation or delay of this performance.

・Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including lost or stolen tickets.

・We may conduct identity checks upon entry. Please bring a form of identification with your photo and your address, name, and date of birth.

＜Notes＞

・If your passport or student ID does not have your address listed, please bring another official document (such as a health insurance card) that can verify your address, name, and date of birth.

・For foreign nationals, we cannot verify your identity using documents that do not include an address, such as your home country's passport.

・If your photo on your Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, or Rehabilitation Certificate has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In that case, please bring another official document such as your health insurance card.

If you are entering your address by hand, please be sure to write it down before bringing it with you.

・Even if you have an official photo ID, we may need some time to verify your identity, such as by asking you detailed questions.

・In addition, even if the information listed above is met, if we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.

Re-entry is not permitted.

<Rules at the venue>

・Direct contact with performers is prohibited, as is giving gifts directly to performers.

・There will be no permanent cloakroom at the venue.

・Since recording cameras will be set up inside the venue, including the audience area, recorded footage and photos may be broadcast, streamed, reproduced, distributed, etc.

・Glow sticks and penlights may be brought in and used only if they are within 30cm in total length (high-intensity commercially available products, and homemade/modified ones are prohibited), and cheering goods such as fans, folding fans, and cheering boards are only permitted if the face (not including the handle) is within 30cm x 30cm in size. Please use them at chest height so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.

・Bringing alcoholic beverages, bottles/cans, fireworks or other explosives, dangerous materials, pets or other animals, or any other items prohibited by law into the venue is prohibited. If found, staff may confiscate them.

- Any actions such as moving your body more than necessary, jumping, or running forward are prohibited.

・You may bring cameras and recording devices into the venue (monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and other auxiliary equipment are not permitted), but taking photographs, recordings, or audio recordings of the performing artists is prohibited under any circumstances. In addition, taking photographs, recordings, or audio recordings with mobile phones or smartphones is also prohibited.

If any of the above is discovered, all tapes, films and other media will be confiscated and any data will be immediately erased. In severe cases, the equipment will also be confiscated.

・We cannot accept any flowers, presents, or gifts for the artists.

・Please manage your baggage at your own risk.

Otherrules

・Please refrain from waiting for artists to arrive or leave the venue.

-The organizers will not take any responsibility for any trouble that occurs inside or outside the venue.

・Please refrain from lining up the day before or prior to the event to enter or purchase merchandise. Merchandise will also be available for pre-sale.

・There are public parking lots and bicycle parking lots at SAITAMA SUPER ARENA, but they are limited in number and are expected to be crowded. In order to ensure smooth entry, we ask that you use public transportation.

If you do not abide by the above rules, do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue, or are otherwise deemed to be engaging in similar conduct by the organizers, you will be denied entry or asked to leave the venue. In such cases, ticket prices and other fees will not be refunded.
