*Tickets purchased in advance for members of the OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" will be issued for both the applicant and accompanying person via the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App."

・[Tokyo venue] Advance tickets for OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" members (for yearly and monthly members) will be drawn by lottery.

・Applicants must be members of the OFFICIAL FANCLUB "Ringo Jam" (annual or monthly membership fee course).

・One ticket can only be issued to the person who applied.

・If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be required to distribute them among your companions.

・All admission tickets to the Wonder Museum will be sold electronically (for smartphones (iPhone/Android)). Paper tickets will not be sold. Please check the application screen for details.

・Tickets purchased in advance for members of the OFFICIAL FAN CLUB "Ringo Jam" will be issued for both the applicant and accompanying person via the "Mrs. GREEN APPLE Official App."

・To reduce congestion inside the venue, tickets will be sold on a "date and time specified" basis.

・Please note that admission will not be permitted outside of the designated date and time.

・The following categories will be available at the Tokyo venue.

[A Holiday Category] Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's holidays (12/29-1/2)

[B Weekday Category] Weekdays (excluding New Year's holidays)

・Tickets will be sold on a "date and time specified" basis with a limit on the number of tickets available for all dates, and will be accepted in 30-minute slots from 9:00 to 21:00.

・Each member can apply up to five times for each category. (Multiple Wonder Museum entries are allowed.)

・If you submit multiple entries, you may be selected for multiple events. Please make sure to only apply for the number of events you can attend.

・Even if you apply and are selected for the Tokyo venue, you can still apply for venue and Osaka venue.

・Up to four people can apply at once.

<Ticket Notes>

・Resale for profit is prohibited.

・One ticket is required per child aged elementary school and above. Up to two preschool children may enter free of charge per parent/guardian aged 18 or over. (Age is as of the day of visit.)

・On the day of the event, each person must have one ticket. Please note that if you do not have a ticket, you will not be able to enter the venue for any reason.

・If your companion does not have a smartphone compatible with electronic tickets, they will be verified with a valid ID at a dedicated counter in the venue on the day of the event. Please bring documents that can verify your identity with both the applicant and your companions, and come to the venue with the ticket applicant. If you are unable to verify your identity, you may be refused entry.

・If the ticket holder is unable to attend, a companion who does not have a smartphone will not be allowed to enter the venue alone.

・Tickets will not be refunded unless Wonder Museum is postponed or canceled.

- Tickets obtained through any means other than official channels, including auctions, ticket shops, scalpers, social media, etc., will be deemed to be for commercial purposes and will be invalidated.

・Even if the auction does not go through, it will be considered as such once the ticket is listed. Please note that ticket prices will not be refunded.

・To prevent scalping and ticket resale, please note that tickets purchased through resale sites will not be accepted into venue on the day of the event. Tickets will not be refunded.

・To prevent ticket resale, we may ask you and your accompanying person to verify your identity upon entry. Please be sure to bring a document that can verify your identity when you come to the venue.
