- Eavesdropping or secretly recording live performances etc. for which our company holds the copyright, as well as uploading such footage or audio to social media without permission, or exchanging, transferring or selling such footage or audio.

- Exchanging, transferring, or selling filming, recording data, images, or audio recordings of TV, radio, or internet programs in which the artist appears

●Production and sale of unauthorized items using artist portraits

● Posting content that includes slander against artists

● Creating, posting, or operating an account that impersonates an artist or staff member.

These actions may infringe on the artists' portrait rights, publicity rights, and privacy rights, as well as copyrights and other rights held by the Company, and may be in clear violation of laws and regulations.
Illegal uploading and reproduction are also serious nuisances that interfere with artists' activities and production of artworks.

We will take a strict stance against these acts.
We ask that those who engage in such behavior immediately delete the relevant postings, etc.

We have already taken legal action against a subject of serious disruptive behavior after identifying him or her. The person in question has had his/her account frozen and has been banned from participating in any events.
