Due to operational reasons, we have decided to open the doors and start the show one hour earlier than planned.

Doors open 14:00 / Show starts 16:00

Due to this change, we will provide refunds to customers who will find it difficult to attend.

Please check the details and proceed with the refund procedure.

・If you are attending the performance on Saturday, December 20th, no further procedures are required.

・Please apply in the name of the person who purchased the ticket.

You can only apply for a refund for the same number of tickets you purchased. If you have purchased two or more tickets, you cannot refund only one ticket.

・We cannot accept any applications outside of the application period. Please apply well in advance and within the application period.

Refunds will be made using the GMO Money Transfer Service.

Once your application has been processed, Pia will contact you again by email around mid-December when the procedure is complete.

The following amount will be deducted from the cost of purchasing the ticket (including fees) and refunded.
