●As the government's basic response policy was abolished on Monday, May 8, 2023, the "Guidelines for preventing COVID-19 infections at music concerts" were also abolished on the same date. We will not ask attendees to wear masks at Mrs. GREEN APPLE ARENA TOUR 2023 "NOAH no HAKOBUNE", and will rely on individual choice and judgment based on their own physical condition and living environment. In addition, we will fully permit customers to speak out during the performance, regardless of whether they are wearing a mask or not. Please note that if there is a sudden spread of infectious diseases, not limited to COVID-19, and the government or local governments issue warnings to businesses, we may change our response again.
●Please note that tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances except in the case of postponement or cancellation of the performance.
●You may stand in front of your seat during the performance, but please refrain from leaving your seat or standing on your chair.
●In order to reduce the risk of infection, we will not accept any gifts or flower stands.
●Please be sure to follow the instructions of staff regarding your exit.
●After the performance ends, if you are leaving the venue, please disperse without gathering.
●Waiting for performers to arrive or leave is strictly prohibited.
●In order to reduce the chance of contact upon entry, tickets for this performance will only be sold electronically via online reception.
●To prevent resale, if you purchase two tickets, you will need to register your companion when the tickets are distributed. Your companion must also register with Ticket Pia (registration is free).
●If the person accompanying you does not have a smartphone that supports e-tickets, tickets will not be distributed and you must bring documents that can verify the identity of the representative and the person accompanying you to the venue. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
