A. 有効期限はありませんが、「Ringo Jam」を退会されると、これまで獲得したポイントが失効いたします。

You can continue your membership up until the month following your cancellation, and any accumulated points will be retained.

Monthly membership course: 1st day of the month following the month of cancellation

※10月10日に退会した場合：12月1日にポイント失効

Annual membership course: 1st of the month following the membership expiration date

※10月31日に会員期限の場合：12月1日ポイント失効

※失効時期まで（有効期限から1ヶ月以内）に同一IDで再度ご入会いただいた場合、会員情報・所持ポイントは引き継がれます。なお、新規入会ポイントではなく継続ポイントが付与されます。月会費コースから年会費コースへ変更いただいた場合、変更時に年会費コースの新規入会ポイントが付与されます。
