A. With one "GREEN CODE" and a "password" for advance ticket applications, you can apply for multiple performances per person.
Q. If I apply for multiple tickets, will I need a "GREEN CODE" for each person?
A. Both the applicant and their companion must be FC members.
Additionally, each person will need one "GREEN CODE".
When applying, you will also need to enter the "password" for advance ticket applications, provided by the applicant representative.
Q. How do I obtain the password for advance ticket application? (Will it be issued when the GREEN CODE is sent?)
A. For each product you reserve, you will receive one "GREEN CODE" and one "Password" for advance ticket application.
Your "GREEN CODE" and the "Password" for advance ticket application will be provided on the order details page of your My Page on Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL STORE at the designated notification date and time.
