- Only available to applicants and accompanying persons who have purchased VIP seats through the fan club "Ringo Jam" member advance sale (yearly/monthly membership), Ponta Pass advance sale, or special website advance sale.
*You will need your Plus member ID when applying.

<If your companion does not have a smartphone>
On the day of the performance, we will verify your identity with a valid ID at the designated counter. Please bring a document that can verify your identity with the applicant and your companion and come to the venue with the ticket applicant. If we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
When applying, please enter the following information:- (1) Your companion’s Plus member ID (if your companion’s ID begins with E, please enter it from E)
- (2) The phone number registered to the accompanying person's Plus member ID
- (3) If your companion has not registered their phone number, please enter [090999999999] when entering the phone number to receive your e-ticket.

<About Reception>
- Applications will be accepted by lottery, not on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply within the application period.
- If you do not meet the required information and requirements, you will not be eligible for the lottery.
- We cannot answer any inquiries regarding the lottery status, lottery results, serial numbers, etc.
- Please note that if the applicant and accompanying persons apply through different advance bookings, the serial numbers will not be consecutive.
- If you wish to cancel or change your application, you can do so yourself from the "Ticket Application History" on your My Page, provided that it is within the application period.
- Cancellations or changes cannot be made after you have been selected. Please only apply if you are able to attend the event.
- Please refrain from opening multiple tabs. If you do this, you may not be able to complete your application successfully.
- Please apply using the application button that applies to the pre-sale ticket you purchased VIPSEAT from. If you apply from a different application page for the pre-sale ticket, your application will be invalid. Please note this in advance.
- Customers who have purchased tickets through the fan club membership advance sale must remain members until the day of the performance. If you cancel your membership, your ticket will be invalid and you will not be able to enter the venue.
- If you are using an Android device, you may not be able to submit your application depending on the browser. In that case, please try switching to Google Chrome.
- The resale and transfer of tickets is prohibited. Tickets obtained through illegal sales may result in denial of entry on the day of the event. In such cases, we will not be able to cover any transportation or accommodation costs incurred.
- Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited, and any ticket that has been resold even once is not guaranteed to be valid.
- Members found to have engaged in fraudulent transactions will be at a disadvantage in future lotteries.
<About electronic tickets>
- Electronic tickets can only be displayed on the smartphone device registered at the time of application. Please be careful to avoid mistakes when entering your information.
- E-tickets can be used by anyone with a smartphone that can connect to the Internet.
- Additionally, there are some smartphones that may not be available for use. Please be sure to check whether your smartphone is compatible with the electronic ticket system before applying.
- The method to display the electronic ticket will be communicated via the email after the purchase is completed. If you are using domain-specific reception or designated email reception, please set it to receive emails from "plusmember.jp".
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (loss, damage, etc.). Additionally, if you forget your ticket, you will not be allowed entry on the day, regardless of any proof you may have. Please make sure to bring your ticket with you.
<About valid identification documents>
- Both the applicant and accompanying person must bring one of the following valid identification documents.
Please bring one form of photo ID and two forms of non-photo ID.

If we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the performance, you may be denied entry. Please note that in this case, we will not be able to refund the ticket price or any fees incurred for purchasing the ticket.

- If your passport and student ID do not have your current address listed, please bring another official document that can verify your name, current address, and date of birth (such as a health insurance card).
- 2. If your physical disability certificate, mental health and welfare certificate, or rehabilitation certificate has not been updated, we may not be able to verify your identity. In that case, please bring another official document such as your health insurance card.
- 3. If you are filling out the form to enter your current address by hand, please write your current address.

- 2. If the name and date of birth on the two documents you bring match, your current address only needs to be listed on one of them.
- 3. Documents issued for the purpose of being submitted to others, such as a resident's certificate, cannot be used as identification documents.
Additionally, cash cards, credit cards, membership cards, medical cards, and commuter passes are not considered official documents for identity verification.
