Can I check in with points every day?A.
Depending on the venue, there may be a limit to the number of check-ins.

I am not receiving any points. When will the points be credited?A.
Points are not reflected immediately. Points will be awarded within 10 days of check-in.
*Points may be awarded 1-2 days late depending on the system status.
Q.
Do points have an expiration date?A.
There is no expiration date, but if you cancel your membership with Ringo Jam, any points you have earned will be forfeited.
You can continue your membership up until the month following your cancellation, and any accumulated points will be retained.

Monthly membership course: 1st day of the month following the month of cancellation
Annual membership course: 1st of the month following the membership expiration date
(Example: Monthly course)
If you cancel on October 10th
Points expire on December 1st
(Example: Annual fee course)
If your membership expires on October 31st
Points expire on December 1st
- *If you re-register with the same ID before the expiration date (within one month of the expiration date), your membership information and points will be carried over.
Please note that you will be awarded renewal points instead of new membership points.
If you change from a monthly membership plan to an annual membership plan, you will be given new enrollment points for the annual membership plan at the time of the change. - *No new points will be awarded if you take action during the expiration date.
- *If you have cancelled your monthly membership or your annual membership has expired at the time points are awarded, points will not be awarded.

You can check your points on the "Points Check" page in your My Page.
