■ Request to all visitors to Osanbashi Hall

●Due to space limitations, you will be asked to line up in the uncovered outdoor area at Osanbashi Hall.

*Please be sure to bring a parasol, plenty of drinks, a towel, a hat, salt candy, a portable fan, a cooling towel, breathable clothing, etc. to protect yourself from the heat.

●A map of the Osanbashi International Passenger Terminal and information on restrooms are available. Please feel free to use the restrooms on the passenger terminal side.

● Some people end up not drinking fluids and becoming ill because they have to hold off on the toilet while waiting.

Don't hold back, make sure you drink plenty of water.

If you need to use the restroom during the tour, please cooperate with the customers in front of and behind you so that you can return to the original line when you return from the restroom.

If you feel unwell, even in the slightest, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff nearby. Also, if there is someone around you who is feeling unwell, we ask that you speak to a member of staff nearby on their behalf.

●On Saturday, July 20th, the Diamond Princess will arrive at the passenger ship terminal [arrival (docking) at 6:30, departure (leaving dock) at 16:00]. Therefore, please note that the terminal side is expected to be crowded between 10:00 and 11:00 and from 13:00.

●On both days, from 9:30 to 18:30 [Same-day sales (QO-kun/window sales)] are only available to those who have tickets for the performance. Please be sure to check the GOODS page for other sales details before coming to the venue.
