＜日本国内にお住まいの方＞

・Delivery will be by regular mail.

・交通状況やお住まいの地域により、お届けまで1週間以上お時間をいただく場合がございます。

＜日本国外にお住まいの方＞
・国際郵便でのお届けとなります。

・交通状況やお住まいの地域により、お届けまで1ヶ月以上お時間をいただく場合がございます。

◆会員証未着のお問い合わせについて
特典の未着については、下記の期間中にお問い合わせください。

・再送は申請いただいた時点で「MY PAGE」にご登録のご住所宛に送付いたしますので、誤入力や転居などで現住所とご登録情報が異なっていないか、今一度ご確認をお願いいたします。

・ご登録住所を変更する場合は、「MY PAGE」＞「会員情報の確認・変更」より正しいご住所に変更したうえで申請してください。
・住所不備などによる再再送は着払いでの対応となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
