About shipment
There was a defect in my membership card or membership gift. Can I exchange it?
We will check the details of the defect, so please contact us using the following method.

・引継ぎ入会特典「メッセージカードセット(メンバー別3枚)」※【2024年6月30日までに旧「Ringo Jam」から引継ぎ入会された方が対象です】
※外装は特典ではないため交換できません。
【お問い合わせ方法】
1) Take a photo of the bonus item in question so that any defects can be seen.
・Even if your membership card is in good condition, pleasetake a photo of it together with the "pin badge" or "message card set (3 cards per member)."
・Please take a photo of your membership card so that your membership number is visible.
There is no problem with attaching multiple photos.
*Please adjust the size so that it is 1MB (megabyte) or less.
*If it is difficult to confirm the condition of the item from the photos you send us, we may ask you to send additional photos.
②Please attach the photos you have taken and contact us by email.
・If your current address differs from your registered information due to incorrect entry or moving, please change the registered information on "MY PAGE" and then contact us.
-If you have not changed your registered address after moving, your package may be sent and posted to your previous address.
Please note that if the customer's address is incorrect, the item will be resent on a cash-on-delivery basis.
・If the name on your home nameplate is different from the addressee's name, the package will be returned due to a "wrong nameplate" reason. If this applies to you, please register "○○ (nameplate name)-sama-kata" at the end of your address.
* Please refrain from using i cloud addresses as many users do not receive response emails from our office.
