About shipping of rewards
There was a defect with my membership card and benefits. Can I get it exchanged?

*Please note that packaging materials are not considered part of the benefit and are not eligible for replacement.
<How to contact us>
① Please take a photo of the relevant benefit so that any defects can be seen.
・Please take a photo of your membership card so that the membership number is visible.
・There is no problem with attaching multiple photos.
*Please adjust the size so that it is 1MB (megabyte) or less.
*If it is difficult to confirm the condition of the item from the photos you send us, we may ask you to send us more photos.
②Please attach the photos you have taken and contact us by email.
・If your current address differs from your registered information due to incorrect entry or moving, please change the registered information on "MY PAGE" and then contact us.
-If you have not changed your registered address after moving, your package may be sent and posted to your previous address.
Please note that if the customer's address is incorrect, the item will be resent to them cash on delivery.
・If the name on your home nameplate and the addressee's name are different, the package will be returned due to a "wrong nameplate" reason. If this applies to you, please register "○○ (name on nameplate)-sama-kata" at the end of your address.
*Please refrain from using iCloud addresses as many users do not receive response emails from our office.
