③ Is the name registered the same as the name on the nameplate at the registered address?
If the name on your nameplate differs from the addressee, the mail may be returned due to a "nameplate mismatch".
Those affected should be sure to register "(name on the nameplate) -sama's residence" at the end of their address.

Q1: I am moving (or planning to move) around the time the benefits arrive.
My address will not be confirmed within the address verification/change period; what should I do?

A1: If your new address is not confirmed, you may temporarily register the address of a trusted representative (such as a relative or friend).
In that case, please be careful to ensure that the registered address does not differ in nameplate. After the benefits arrive, please update your registration information to your new address.
Also, consider using the relocation and forwarding services provided by Japan Post and other shipping companies.
