This is an announcement regarding the "Membership Card" benefit for members who enrolled in the "Annual Membership Course" in October 2025.


We are currently receiving a large number of new membership applications, and it is taking longer than usual to deliver.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience until your items arrive.

Members who enrolled in the "Annual Membership Course" and "Request for Benefit Delivery" between Wednesday, October 1, 2025 and Friday, October 31, 2025

To the address registered on "MY PAGE" as of Saturday, November 8, 2025


◆Delivery Method

・Delivery will be by regular mail.

Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, delivery may take more than 1 week.


For those living outside Japan
・Delivery will be made via international mail.

Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, delivery may take more than 1 month.

If you have not received your membership card, please contact us during the period below.

・Most cases where membership cards are not delivered are due to incorrectly entered address information.

・Resending will be sent to the address you provided on the form.

・If you wish to change your registered address, please go to "MY PAGE" > "Confirm/Change Member Information" and correct your address.
