We are currently preparing to send out benefits to members who enrolled in the "Annual Membership Course" in December 2025 and members whose membership expiration date after renewal procedures is the end of November 2026.
To ensure that everyone receives their items, please confirm your registered address.
We have set a deadline for address changes, so please be sure to check your address by the deadline. If you need to make changes, please update your address within the deadline.
Even if you are not included in the above group, please be sure to update your registered address whenever it changes, regardless of the deadline.

◆ Applicable Members / Items to Be Shipped
<For members residing in Japan>
① Members who enrolled in the "Annual Membership Course" between December 1, 2025 (Monday) and December 31, 2025 (Wednesday)
You will receive a membership card as a bonus for joining.
② Members whose membership expiration date after renewal procedure is the end of November 2026
You will receive the renewal benefit (original rubber keychain).
In addition, members who have been part of “Ringo Jam” for 5 years or more, including the period from the previous fan club, will also receive the long-term renewal benefit (original carabiner).
An original carabiner will be included as a long-term subscription benefit.

Address verification and change deadline
Until 23:59 on Saturday, January 10, 2026
Please note that address changes cannot be accepted for one week after the deadline due to shipping preparations.
If you move after the deadline but before shipping, please use the undelivered item inquiry form that will be provided later.
*Please check the following before submitting your address.
① Are there any typos or missing characters in your address, such as the street number or building name?
Many undelivered item inquiries are caused by unintentional address errors.
Please carefully check your address, including the building name.
② Are you omitting your room number or building name?
In addition to the city and ward names, many addresses are missing or abbreviating building names (such as apartment or condominium names).
If your address includes a building name, please register it accurately without omissions.
Common mistake: 1-2-3-405, Ward Name, City Name
Correct format: Room 405, Ringo Heights, 1-2-3, Ward Name, City Name
③ Does the name you registered match the name on the nameplate at your registered address?
If the name on the mailbox/nameplate differs from the recipient name, the mail may be returned due to a name mismatch.
Those affected should be sure to register "(name on the nameplate) -sama's residence" at the end of their address.
If this applies to you, please add “c/o (name on the nameplate)” at the end of your address.
Example: If the nameplate reads “★★” (different from your registered name)

Q1: I will be moving (or planning to move) around the time the benefits are scheduled to arrive.
My new address will not be confirmed during the address confirmation/change period. What should I do?
A1: If your new address has not yet been finalized, you may temporarily register the address of a trusted representative (such as a relative or friend).
In that case, please make sure that the name on the mailbox matches the registered name to avoid delivery issues.
Once your membership items arrive, please update your registered address to your new address.
You may also consider using relocation or forwarding services provided by Japan Post or other delivery companies.

Q2: My surname or first name has changed due to marriage (or is expected to change).
A2: You cannot change your registered name by yourself.
