[Annual Membership Course] Membership Card Shipping Notice (For members who joined between December 1 and December 31, 2025)

Thank you for your continued support of the Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB “Ringo Jam”.

This notice is regarding the membership card benefit for members who joined the Annual Membership Course in December 2025.


Due to an exceptionally high number of new membership applications, delivery is currently taking longer than usual.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your patience while we prepare and ship your membership card.


◆ Shipping Schedule
Shipping will begin sequentially from February 24, 2026 (Tuesday).

◆ Eligible Members

<For members residing in Japan>
Members who joined the Annual Membership Course between December 1 and December 31, 2025.


<For members residing outside Japan>

Members who joined the Annual Membership Course between December 1 and December 31, 2025, and who requested benefit shipping at the time of enrollment.


◆ Shipping Address

Items will be shipped to the address registered on MY PAGE as of January 10, 2026 (Saturday).


◆ Delivery Method
<For members residing in Japan>

・Items will be delivered via regular mail.

Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, delivery may take more than 1 week.


For members residing outside Japan
・Items will be delivered via international mail.

Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, delivery may take more than 1 month.


Temporary Suspension and Delays of International Mail

Due to the current international situation, acceptance of international mail to certain countries and regions has been temporarily suspended.

For customers residing in affected areas, items will be shipped once mail acceptance resumes.

We appreciate your understanding.

If you have not received your membership card, please contact us during the period below.

Please be sure to check the following before submitting an inquiry:

・In many cases, non-delivery is due to incorrect address information.

・Reshipments will be sent to the address provided on the inquiry form.

・Please also double-check the address registered onMY PAGE.

・If you need to update your address, please go to MY PAGE > Confirm/Change Member Information and make the necessary corrections.
・Please note that repeated reshipments due to address errors will be sent with shipping charges payable upon delivery.
