・Most cases where membership cards are not delivered are due to incorrectly entered address information.

・Resending will be sent to the address you provided on the form.

・If you wish to change your registered address, please go to "MY PAGE" > "Confirm/Change Member Information" and correct your address.
- Please note that if an item needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect address or other reasons, it will be handled on a cash-on-delivery basis.
