Thank you for your continued support of the Mrs. GREEN APPLE OFFICIAL FAN CLUB “Ringo Jam”.

This notice is regarding the delivery of renewal benefits and long-term renewal benefits for members who have completed the renewal procedure for the Annual Membership Course.

*Only for members who have been part of “Ringo Jam” for 5 years or more, including the period from the previous fan club.

◆ Eligible Members

• Membership expiration date after renewal: End of February 2027

*For those whose membership expires after the end of March 2027 following the renewal procedure, we will contact you separately.


◆ Delivery Method

・Items will be delivered via regular mail.

Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, delivery may take more than 1 week.


◆ Shipping Address

The address registered in "MY PAGE" as of April 6, 2026 (Monday) will be used for delivery.

If you have not received your benefit items, please contact us during the period below.


Please be sure to check the following before submitting an inquiry:

・Most cases where benefits are not delivered are due to incorrectly entered address information.

・Reshipments will be sent to the address provided on the inquiry form.

・Please also double-check the address registered onMY PAGE.

・If you wish to change your registered address, please go to MY PAGE > Confirm/Change Member Informationand update your address.
・Please note that if a reshipment is required due to an incorrect address or other reasons, shipping charges will be payable upon delivery.
