Many inquiries about undelivered items are due to address errors that the recipients themselves were unaware of.Please carefully check your address, including the building name.

② Are you omitting room numbers or building names from your address?
In addition to town and place names, there are many instances of omissions and abbreviations in building names such as office buildings, condominiums, and apartments.
If there is a name for the apartment building or other building, please register it correctly without abbreviation.

Common mistake:　1-2-3-405, Ward Name, City Name
Correct format:　Room 405, Ringo Heights, 1-2-3, Ward Name, City Name

③ Is the name you registered the same as the name on the nameplate at your registered address?
If the name on your home's nameplate does not match the recipient's name, your package will be returned due to "incorrect nameplate."
If this applies to you, please be sure to register "(Name on the nameplate) c/o" at the end of your address.

(Example) If the nameplate says "★★" (which is different from your name)

Q1: I will be moving (or planning to move) around the time the benefits arrive.
My address won't be finalized within the address verification/change period. What should I do?

A1: If your new address is not yet finalized, you may temporarily register the address of a trustworthy representative (such as a relative or friend).
In that case, please pay attention to the last part of your registered address to avoid any discrepancies with the nameplate. After receiving your reward, please update your registered address to your new address.
Also, please consider using the forwarding and relocation services offered by Japan Post and other shipping companies.
